For some reason it seems like the standard operating procedure for most employees at smoke shops in the Southern California area is to behave at best, ambivalent, and at worst (and more often this is the case), rude and downright disrespectful. They act like they don't even want you in the store. Most of them are not willing to work with you or compromise on anything. They overcharge, sell defective products then refuse to give your money back, and want to be rude about it the whole time. None of those things are true about this place. The employees whom I dealt with were accommodating, respectful, and gave me an absolutely fantastic deal. All the products are high quality, and the prices are beyond fair. They offer deep discounts on certain stock, and the stuff that isn't on sale, is priced lower than any other shop around. While nothing I purchased had any issues with it, I'm sure if it did I could bring it back in and they'd find a solution. They seem like they have promotions pretty regularly, such as raffles and whatnot, which certainly makes one more inclined to shop there. I really can't say enough good things about this place. In fact, just to show how much I love this place; I live all the way down in San Juan Capistrano, there are three smoke shops within walking distance from my house, and many more within a couple minutes drive. I would rather skip over all of them and drive the half hour or so to this place. It's really that good.Thanks for a great experience and a great new water pipe!

Just left light it up! Great customer service good selection of products. Chris and Sina were very helpful. I'm definitely coming back!

A friend I was in the hospital with a few years ago works there. I stopped smoking years ago, but occasionally would go there for some when I have a stressful day. End up throwing most of them away after only a few. Nice people there though.

Don't be fooled by the appearance. They know the market and have good stuff but very shady. Customer service is nice if they really wanted to help but they will take ur money. Make sure u don't buy unless u mention discounts or they won't give u the discount. Goal is to get u there to ring up retail full price and they want you to catch it. Shady business.

Light it up is my go-to smoke shop! They have everything I need from bongs to pieces and everything smoke related. I love the customer service, Mark helped us out with all of our needs.

Honestly there is a short list of things a smoke shop needs to stay on top of in order to do a good job. What are the things you normally expect from a smoke shop? An ample stash of smoking related accessories and all kinds of paraphernalia, good prices, and perhaps a knowledgeable staff with product literacy? More like wishful thinking. It is really amazing how so many smoke shops right here in this small city, SUCK so badly at basic smoke shop duties, and fail to deliver the goods. Well not Light It Up smoke shop. As a matter a fact, Light It Up is the ONLY store in this city you can count on, when it comes to getting your smoke on. You want a bong that doesn't break? Talk to them! You can even do payments. I can't imagine going anywhere else anymore. Chris, Mark, José, Ziggy, ... they all do SUCH a GREAT job at this store, and really put in so much effort, you can't help but notice and appreciate their dedication to this job/store, and to delivering great customer service. Always a fantastic atmosphere in the store. Thank you for all that you do; because of you I can't help but feel a little more optimistic towards the future of humanity.

Dropped into Light It Up smoke shop and was immediately helped by Mark and ended up walking out with a new Encore rig with added on upgrades to elevate the experience. Dope spot everyone was friendly and easy going. Come grab your glass here
