Kyle Brown is a nice kid... but he lies a lot. A LOT. Ok-maybe over promises. But he does not understand verbiage or his product, really. The promise over more than two months was up to "75% loan to value." Then it was we needed 17K reserve. Then after that it was "oh, so and so" (dumb details that have never been an issue before)... more paperwork. More delays. In the end we ended with 45% loan to value after almost 3 months, with 4 rate extension and increases?? And credit-wise we went to a different bank and got a HELOC in about two weeks with a drive by appraisal and no hassle. So yeah. Lenox is .

Please DO NOT do business with this unscrupulous individual that runs this company. He is keeping portions of my escrow money (that dates back several years) which the State of CA says he owes me but he has ignored my phone calls and my emails. Avoid him and his company at all costs.

This company is the worst out there. They lie about everything... I was told I was approved when I wasn't yet, lied to about a closing date, the loan officer was a complete nightmare. He ignoed calls and emails and has bs excuses for his apparent incompetence. I have been strung along for weeks with promises that are never kept. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Lenox financial is the worst lender I’ve ever dealt with. I just closed on a cash refinance and the customer service supervisor Laura Trejo sent the wrong payoff letter that had the incorrect amount on it. The letter was sent on 8/8 and the other letter with the correct amount was sent on the day of closing 8/31.So my new lender paid the amount that was sent over previous and because that’s not the correct amount I am now having to eat $20,000 out of my cash. Now I am short on having the funds to complete all my house projects.There has be no accountability for her incompetence at all!!! Very unorganized and incompetent.

We had a several weeks delay due to a Nevada licensing issue, but Eunice in Memphis stepped up and got us closed in one week with the previously locked in rate. Tim Snow was there all the way through and offered great advise. I was concerned that we would not close with the locked in rate and actually set a closing with a competitor as "plan-B" but Eunice pushed our loan through and we closed on the same day as scheduled with the other lender. Exceptional effort by both! Would highly recommend this team.
