I love this place! I bought my couch there and they have the best stuff with the best deals. The manager and staff are super friendly and I cant say enough good stuff about them. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Legacy consignment for buying or selling stuff

Lots of merchandise...I did find a pr of pottery barn lamps...but though less than amt new were not cheap. Had to buy new shades later as looked too yellowed in home lighting.Their furn is very eclectic. Lots of it very big...but always chging so it's worth a look. Understand they have another store in O.C.

Though the place is filled with many great items, the owner is such an ogre that I won't set foot in the place again. I spent almost $2000 buying patio furniture to be picked up later. As I live in Los Angeles, I had to arrange for someone to come back with a large van. When he picked up the furniture a week later, the men loading the furniture gave him an incorrect pillow, one that did not match. This wasn't noticed until the furniture was unloaded at my house. I called the shop and was told I could exchange the wrong pillow for the correct one. I explained that I lived in Los Angeles and would like to have a friend who lives in Long Beach pick up the correct pillow, bring it to me, and return with the incorrect one. The salesman was fine with this, but the owner refused, saying if I wasn't going to return the pillow first, I had to buy a new one. I pointed out that this whole inconvenience was their fault, but the iron-fisted woman wouldn't relent. I offered to buy a new pillow, then have them issue a refund when my friend brought back the wrong one. The owner wouldn't even consider it. She did everything she could to make me feel like I didn't matter at all, no matter how much money I spent. She was rude, condescending and unreasonably mean, refusing to acknowledge any fault in the matter. NEVER will I spend another dollar here, let alone $2000. I'd rather shot at Goodwill.

The best furniture. You want it, they got it! Authentic wood, fabrics, etc. They even have select wall art and some high-end accessories to display. The staff is helpful, friendly, available, and knowledgeable. Great experience and prices!!

Talk about passing the buck. I've done business with this company and honestly from the gecko. I had red flags and I should have just listened. I brought in a chair with 2 pillows. I emailed the pictures they accepted what I brought in wrote down chair in 2 pillows,. When I went back in to see how the sale was going on this item. I noticed that the pillows were missing. I asked them do you know where the pillows are they're missing? They're pillows that match the chair she said you brought pillows and but they didn't match I said no they did match and I pulled up. The picture that I originally sent them bottom line it's been over a year. I've had to reduce it nobody wants to take responsibility now. They're threatening to donate the chair nobody seems to care. Bobby is the most unprofessional manager because she constantly tries to blame me I mean when they got the chair and the pillows and they saw the email with the chair and the pillows. Why can't they just take responsibility for the fact that they sold the pillows without the chair? Why can't they just do something about that instead of blaming me? And telling? Me. I'm a liar that I didn't bring the chair and pillows in then now they're saying at the end. Bobby who's supposed to be the general manager basically telling me the same thing you didn't bring pillows in. You signed the contract come get your chair. We're gonna donate it. This is so disgusting you know that people would treat other people like this talk about irresponsible and unprofessional. I can't even get the. Is the name of the owner of this company to find out who's in charge of people like Bobby? I will get to the bottom of this if it has to be in a lawyer's office with a mediator I feel that it's wrong for them to take advantage of people and stand back and not want to do anything about it
