Janelle did a semi-custom arrangement for my small wedding and it was nothing short of absolute perfection! To say she understood the assignment is an understatement! The process was seamless and prompt, and even though we were working on a tight timeline, Janelle made me feel heard and confident from begging to end. My arrangements were absolutely gorgeous, quite literally pieces of ART!!!! I can’t recommend her enough to execute your vision, she’s incredible! A true artist!

Janelle is an incredible artist and her team does amazing things! They made my vision for my wedding come to life through Lavender's flowers and the sister company, Tono + Co silks. My tablescapes were gorgeous with the centerpieces, rented candle holders, and linens. I chose the Gathered package, which worked within my budget and still gave me tons of flexibility on where I wanted flowers used (the Lavenders team moved my ceremony arch to be behind our dining table to get more use from it!)The entire color story came together better than I could have imagined and looked so cohesive. No spot was overlooked, including my welcome sign, women's corsages, our cake, and my hair! I even opted for a bridal corsage which was darling. Thank you to the Lavender's team for making my wedding dreams come true!!

So happy we went with Lavenders Flowers for our wedding day. Janelle & her team were perfection. From the original design deck, to our mock up, to our big day, everything was so seamless & Janelle completely understood our vision. The wedding day was more beautiful than I could have imagined. We loved Janelles wild free flowing center pieces and bouquets. We especially loved all of the various flowers she used. Each piece looked so unique while uniform with our theme & colors.

Janelle, Marrett, and the Lavender’s team were by far the biggest reason I want to relive my wedding day over and over and over again! (I mean, other than getting to marry the man of my dreams again…) Lavenders was able to take the blank slate of my childhood home and turn it into what I can only describe as a summer fairy garden, it truly felt magical to walk through their beautiful masterpiece. The process was so fun, and Janelle worked with my planner and rental company to help design our dream wedding. She went above and beyond any expectations I had for a wedding florist, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Janelle is insanely talented. Her and her team (shoutout to Marrett) were there for me as we constantly made changes due to the pandemic. Our wedding flowers couldn't have turned out more beautiful. The bouquets, the ceremony, and the reception flowers were all breathtaking and guests are still talking about them. Putting my trust in Lavenders made my life so much easier while trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic.

Janelle and her team are so creative. Have a desination wedding abroad, no problem they have the team ready to go!

This is one of those times you wish you could give 6 stars. Janelle is an incredible florist and business woman. I have worked with her on multiple occasions, from smaller bouquets for mother's day, to garlands during Christmastime, florals at a friends wedding, and finally florals on my own wedding day. For my wedding, Janelle traveled to Sayulita Mexico and helped create my dream of a jungle wedding. I did not give her much direction because I trusted her creativity, and I am so happy I did. After showing her a few pictures that I liked, she ran with it and created something so magical. She brought a few items from home with her on the plane, but otherwise foraged and purchased items from areas around our wedding venue. What she did was amazing! She is bold and creative and it shows through her work. As if that were not enough, she is also so kind, helpful, and really really easy to work with. Janelle and the girls at Lavenders Flowers are amazing and I am so thankful for them and their creative minds. Thank you!!

Lavenders Flowers is THE BEST!!! My wife and I got married last year in downtown LA and Janelle and her team at Lavenders were INCREDIBLE!!! They more than exceeded our expectations of what we wanted. We sort of gave Janelle the unrealistic description of "can you bring the outdoors inside -- with trees." But after Janelle showed me what she had in mind, I was wow'd! She offered the raddest solution that didn't involve us bringing in actual trees, and kept that price point down. We spoke initially with Janelle over the phone and she walked us through the entire wedding process. She gave honest answers as to what she thought would look good and what didn't. We trusted her completely. On the day of the wedding. I walked into the ceremony area (where the trees were) and was BLOWN AWAY! She made the concrete pillars in the loft look like pepper trees, and was able to make the floral backdrop look BEAUTIFUL! I teared up for sure. This was really happening. Janelle brought the outdoor inside -- with trees. She was gangster! Next came the set up for dinner. The tables looked incredible. There was so much attention to detail with her design, and the runner's she used were gorgeous. She dyed them herself. Photos were huge for us, and she worked so easily with the our video and photo teams, as well as our wedding coordinator. Janelle really locked in the entire look of our wedding, and made it so memorable. I would 100000% recommend her for anyone's wedding. Her style and work ethic are without question the best in the business. She is more than a florist, she's an artist, and she treats each aspect of the wedding with the care and delicacy that it deserves. She also made us look so dope, that our wedding made it into a blog. HIRE LAVENDERS, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I knew from the moment I got engaged that Janelle at Lavenders Flowers was my very first choice to create the wedding of my dreams. I had followed her on social media and have a friend who also used her for her wedding. Her design sense and use of color and texture and attention to detail made me so excited for our first meeting. Janelle was very attentive to all the things on my wish list for my wedding. She completed a beautiful sample of what my wedding day flowers and table would look like, it was exactly what I expected and more. Janelle was great to communicate with, her team was also so wonderful and helpful. I was able to email her and get fast response throughout the process of planning my wedding. Janelle also makes the most beautiful ribbon and table top fabric and I was thrilled to include those items in my wedding as well. It totally complimented everything she did, which was all the things I wanted! Janelle executed my perfect day with easy and made me feel like the luckiest girl in the world. Can you say make up do over when She brought me my bouquet?! It was just stunning. I never wanted to let it go. I would completely and totally recommend Lavenders Flowers for any wedding or event, and especially because Janelle went above and beyond to make my wedding unique and special for me. Thanks again Janelle! You are my flower fairy angel!

My husband and I were more than happy with our flowers from Lavenders for our wedding! Janelle and Kylie were amazing and always friendly and courteous with each email. I made a few changes and different requests in the months leading up to our wedding and they always replied as quickly as they could. They were very understanding of staying in budget and making sure everything was what we wanted. The whole process was super easy and when my flowers were delivered to the venue I was so happy I could cry. The centerpieces I ordered were beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned and described to them. The garland they made for our sweetheart table was stunning. Everyone was complimenting the flowers and they made the room so beautiful. Even the guy who delivered our flowers was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for all of the time and help you put into making our flowers so perfect. Thank you!

I used lavenders flowers for my wedding a few weeks ago. This is an honest review not meant to bash lavenders or anyone who works there... in fact, the girls there were very sweet and gave us some great ideas to decorate our wedding venue without breaking the bank. I think they had the best intentions and are incredible florists. But I only expected a smooth process and perfect flowers because of all the 5 star reviews here and that was not at all my experience, so this is to help inform future brides since flowers are such an important part of a wedding and vendors can really decrease or really add stress in the wedding planning process (which is by nature already a very stressful time). First, let me just say Janelle is an incredible artist - the flowers she makes are gorgeous, she has a great eye for color and I LOVE the loose organic look of her arrangements which is why I picked lavenders. And my flowers in the end were gorgeous but they weren't what I asked for and the whole process of working with them from start to finish was at best bumpy and at worst, stressful and frustrating. When I first contacted them, they didn't call me at the time they said they would so I had to email them. Then they didn't get my proposal to me at the time they said they would so I had to email them. We had to change the contract a number of times, mostly because I was still trying to figure out exactly what I wanted, but there were a good handful of times that I caught mistakes in the contract that they had made - forgetting to include things or once including a $200 charge that should have been $50. I was repeatedly quoted different prices for the same items by different people working there. I was given the wrong address for the studio when I came in for a meeting. There seemed to be little to no communication between people working there which was hard to navigate. I have it recorded in my contract that my colors were plum, mauve, and peach. I had it this way from the beginning, I brought in pictures of flowers those colors to show her, and confirmed these colors repeatedly. I stopped by the studio a week before my wedding to pick up ribbon that were in these colors (the ribbon wasn't ready on time due to another failed communication between employees) and Janelle looked at the ribbon and said "Oh, that's a pretty color scheme" as if it were the first time she had seen/hear of it. My wedding flowers were not plum, mauve, and peach. There were some amnesia roses which are mauve and a few peach flowers but mostly they were different shades of pink - fuschia and blush. There was even some yellow?? Where this came from, I have no idea. Yellow is probably my least favorite color. Also my bridesmaids bouquets had ribbon on them which was not in my contract and it was also pink ribbon - I never chose this or discussed it with them. The boutonnieres for the guys came with no pins so my family was running to the store to buy safety pins on my wedding day. My mom specifically told them I was allergic to eucalyptus (makes my hands very itchy if I touch it) and there was seeded eucalyptus in all the arrangements and my bouquet so I had to take allergy pills. Luckily, even though the flowers and ribbon weren't what I expected, they didn't clash with anything on my wedding day and they were still beautiful in how they were arranged. But I could not in good conscience recommend lavenders to another bride because of how turbulent this process was and the fact that in the end I didn't get what I (clearly and repeatedly) asked for and paid for. The constant failed communication, the lack of professionalism and complete inattention to detail was frustrating and stressful. I think if they can fix some of these issues, lavenders will be extremely successful and have happier brides. But until then, I would take your time and money elsewhere to a florist who will listen to you. Even though none of these mistakes destroyed me or my wedding day, I

I used Janelle and her team as my wedding florist and she was the best vendor that I worked with. She did bouquets, flower girl wreath, cocktail juleps, large arrangements for my long tables, garland for some tables, a special head table garland, greenery for my chandeliers, and decorations for the guestbook table, some shelving in the venue, cake, and my custom mirror for seat assignments. I looked through the portfolios of dozens upon dozens of florists and either I found that people's work was either kind of tacky (pearls, high old-school arrangements, rhinestones, etc) or really generic e.g. eucalyptus greenery and the same really muted blush color tones in ALL their work. Janelle is an artist. She took my ideas seriously and listened to what I wanted, darker foliage, no dusty colors in the flowers, and then added really interesting textures and pops that made everything look both modern and classic. She placed votives, used her own stock of vases which I rented, and worked with me to redo my quote several times as I need to change scope. Communication with her was a bit slow at times because she is in high-demand but the result was fantastic. I want every bride to use her and other florists to copy her because I'm sick of the same old stuff at other weddings. Also, her studio is uber creative and a really hip place to visit for a meeting. Rad.

I'm a bridal blogger and have high expectations for all vendors in the wedding industry, like any bride should. I reached out to this lavenders flowers because of the amazing yelp reviews. They responded with a quote on the same day which I was really happy about! However, ever since I sent them two inspiration pictures, I only received their automatic reply that they are "busy with other weddings for the weekend and will get back to us as soon as possible." It was been over a week and timing is everything! We have therefore booked with another vendor. I really wish they would email their clients more promptly.

I was incredibly happy that we chose Lavenders Flowers to provide the floral and decor for our wedding welcome dinner at Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara this September. My style is decidedly "anti-giant flower ball", and Lavenders was the perfect fit for striking a more elegant, organic, and rustic tone. My wedding planner and I provided a description of the general decor and feel we wanted for the welcome dinner, and then said "surprise us." Janelle delivered a magical and tasteful series of centerpieces, table accents, and cocktail arrangements that really made the atmosphere for the evening. I felt the pricing was reasonable given the quality of the arrangements delivered. Lavenders also provided throw pillows, trays, and lovely table runners to complement and match her floral arrangements. I continue to follower her Instagram account and dream excuses for a future party in SoCal so I can work with her again. Very highly recommended, especially if you would like a florist who can deliver magical results with little direction given.

Do you know the FTD man? The one with winged sandals? Well, he's old now and needs to retire. Yes folks, that messenger of the gods will no longer be needed to bring your loved ones those hideous bouquets of scentless red roses and babys breath. Truth be told, I have searched high and low, to no avail, to find a decent florist in Orange County. I have never used the same one twice. Though I have managed to put together some very nice floral arrangements in the past, there was always a detail that was either cheesy, cheap, or lazy. Orange County finally has a replacement for that pesky FTD man, Lavenders Flowers. When I first saw Janelle's work I thought she was from Provence or Tuscany. Her floral arrangements were just too elegant, earthy, and exotic to resemble anything that you could get from a florist in your local mini mall. I called her up and she told me that she trained as an artist and she indeed lived in Italy. It shows. I kept my fingers crossed and asked Janelle if she would put together a simple flower arrangement for my mother's birthday. I was so thrilled when she said she would do it. She gave me two price points and I took the more expensive option. Her prices are very reasonable given the masterpiece that she made. The only directive I gave Janelle was that my mother preferred soft colors and muted tones. Flowers, I said, should not look like they came from a candy store. They should look like they came from a garden. When my mother got her flowers, I was stupified. They were perfect. They actually looked and smelled like real flowers and were beautifully arranged. Gone were the flowers from the world of mediocrity that we've all tolerated. Instead, my mom's flowers looked like they stepped out of a painting by Caravaggio. FTD man? I am clipping your wings. I am putting them on the back of Janelle at Lavenders Flowers. She's earned them. Thank you so much, Janelle. You're my angel.
