Nice little market. Food seems good, I haven't tried it, but lots of people are getting stuff on the couple of mornings I've stopped by. I've come in for the chicharrones several times and can't complain. They are so good.

I went a few times during the weekend to buy pan dulce which was decent, and this morning (Tuesday) I went before 8am and was shocked at how crowded it was. I initially was going for their tamales which I've tried before and they were dry and "just ok," enough to satisfy my craving but after seeing everyone in line for the hot food I stood in line as well. They sell tortas with frijoles (beans) with your choice of meat (carne asada, chorizo, chicharrón rojo and verde) i ordered the chicharrón rojo and OMG!! Delicious! I had the guy add salsa and jalapeños which was a mistake because the chicharrón rojo already has a nice kick to it so after my first bite I took out the jalapeños. The few times I went I didn't notice the hot food so not sure if it only sells during certain times. It gets packed in the mornings with people heading to work and the line can get long, I waited about 10 minutes not bad. With my torta and can soda it was $5.77! *Update* tortas sell in the morning until 8amThe reason for my 4 stars instead of 5 is because I saw the produce section and it was a bit gross, the carrots and lettuce looked old. I will be going back only because the convenient location and for their tortas!

HANDS DOWN BEST chicharron I've ever had. They make fresh batches of it with meat and without several times a day. I like it with meat & it sells for $7/lb or so.The store itself is a small bodega style store. On the wknds they serve hot Mexican sandwiches (bollios) with 4-5 different options, these are money too. The pan dulce is legit too. This place packs a punch for its size.

No bueno they were very rude to me. When I walked to the counter to pay they berated me when I questioned their fees to pay for their products. They treated me like a piece of feces. Go to 7-11 or another decent store.

A whole in the wall! Come to this market between 6am-8am to enjoy delicious breakfast "Tortas" that are freshly made! This is the only reason I go here. Specially right before the DMV line. You can also come here for meats and groceries. Good pricing ! Support small businesses.
