Very well located and practical. Acceptable breakfast, lack of maintenance on entertainment systems

I’ve stayed at this hotel for years and I love it. But today Patricia was a horrible front desk clerk. She should not be working with the public and will be the reason I never stay here again. Maybe she would benefit off some customer service classes.
