I normally use them and they have done good in the past but don’t count on them getting in any kind of rush to send items if they were missing out of your order. I called and emailed multiple times stressing to them how badly I needed them by the original date but yet they still didn’t ship them out any faster.

ordered a baby onesie on Oct 23. paid 15.75 for express 3 day shipping. order hadnt arrived by shipping date. Checked online Oct. 27 and saw my item was STILL PROCESSING! I called the company and was told the product was backordered. (mind you, the 1st call I made the lady HUNG UP ON ME when I asked for a refund! I called right back!). 2nd lady was very nice. There was a bit of an issue made by them but eventually they did fix it. I feel there was a lack of communication but in the end they made it right. I'll be back!

My wife put in an order for 18 items. All she receives is 9 of the same items. When she called to see what happened they told her that because of there policy there is nothing they can do. The reason for this is they said that those 9 items supposedly weighed the same as the 18 items and they go by the weight of the package. This will not be a place that we will be buying items from again. Just like someone else mentioned what good are the low prices if you do not het what you paid for.
