terrible place to take your kids here.some of those "teachers " are not i repeat are not educated dont have any college degree just rop or those courses they take for a few months, ¿really?you charch us so much for that wow expensive place o our kids just sit or play with ipads.

We absolutely love Kiddie Academy of Santa Ana!!! I've never met such an amazing staff, all around, and Alannah is the absolute best!! This place is run with such love and care, you can feel it when you walk in and by your child's reactions daily. Although we had to transfer to another site and miss them terribly, we will be forever grateful for the amazing experience and memories to cherish forever! They truly planted the seed for my daughter to have a great preschool experience and I would recommend the facility to anyone who really wants their small child to start their educational experience the right way. You're the best, Kiddie Academy of Santa Ana, and especially Alannah! We miss you!!! Love, "V" and Sam

I am so thankful for Kiddie Academy, and the love and support they have shown to both my son and daughter. The entire team is such a wonderful group of people, led by Ms. Alana. Where do we begin to express just how truly grateful we are for my son's teachers (infants class) Ms.Veronica, Ms.Tania, Ms.Jasmine, & Ms.Daniela who have been so loving and caring, you can tell they love what they do and it shows in the smiles of all the children.My eldest has been enrolled almost 3yrsAnd Since the 1st day my daughter started Kiddie Academy.... I began to notice how passionate Ms. Emilia was about her job. The attention and encouragement towards my daughter and all the kids is priceless.I can't forget to mention my daughters teacher Ms. Elizabeth who has been so kind and helped my daughter grow so much! They have done more than teach my eldest daughter her ABC’s – they helped her find her voice, and for that, we will be eternally grateful. Deciding where to send your child for 8+ hours a day can be a very stressful decision, but Kiddie Academy made it an easy one. Any educator can teach your child to read and write, but it takes a very special kind of educator to teach your child how to be confident and kind while loving them unconditionally – and that, is exactly what every educator at Kiddie Academy does.I truly believe that in order to have a strong army you need a Strong/Great Leader and that's Ms. Alana. It was very difficult leaving my eldest at a day care center for the first time but Ms.Alana held my hand trough it all. Her heart, her passion for educating little humans and her kindness was evident in everything she said to me that day – and since then, that passion, kindness and heart has guided everything that the staff do while interacting with our children.I highly recommend Kiddie Academy.Thank you all!

Without a doubt and the best academy for my son's learning, just upon entering all the very friendly staff you feel a beautiful energy and my son liked me a lot from the first day, I don't cry, thanks to kiddie for giving us the opportunity and for be an excellent team.

From day one, Ms. Veronica, Ms.Tania, Ms.Jasmine, & Ms.Daniela not only provided an incredible amount of support to my son, showing him constant patience, understanding and kindness, but also allowed me to return to work confident that my son will be nurtured cared for and loved. My eldest is learning so much under Ms. Elizabeth's care. Ms. Emilia shows so much kindness and has encouraged my eldest to get out of her bubble. All of which I attribute to the tremendous and engaging staff who shine under Ms. Alana's leadership and guidance

This academy boosted my daughter's confidence within 5 months. She gains a lot of friends. They have a lot of activities for the kids. The teachers by that time are very attentive to the kids. My daughter learned a lot from this school. I recommend this academy

Kiddie Academy of Santa Ana is great I love the staff Ms. Alanna was really helpful & caring when I sign up my son. My son completed the program with his two amazing teachers Mrs. Yovana who had the patience with him since day one she so sweet, also Ms. Karla she was so nice. They were both wonderful with my son. Best part was they have cameras...It made me feel comfortable leaving my son because I would get to monitor him 24/7. Overall the staff was really friendly highly recommend.

I signed up my son and reserved his spot for when they were still under construction. At the time, it was supposed to open well in advance prior to when I needed to head back to work after my maternity leave ended. As I continued to drive by the facility, I noticed it didn't look near complete. I reached out in January since I hadn't heard anything (son was supposed to start in February) and that's when they told me their opening was delayed with no ETA on completion. I completely understand construction being delayed, however I would have appreciated a courtesy e-mail letting me know about the delay so I could start finding alternatives. Parents of infants know how hard it is to find availability for infants and the long waitlists...It wasn't going to open in time for my return to work, so I had to find another daycare.I had reached out regarding a refund for my deposit since it wasn't my fault that I wasn't enrolling. I received no response, then I got told the director had already changed. The new director responded and let me know she would look into it. She also suggested I just hold onto it if I wanted to enroll him at a later date. We were VERY happy with our current daycare and the lack of communication is what concerned me already. I would have explored them as an option for pre-school, but I never received another follow-up e-mail and wrote several different times. I also called in and left messages and never heard back. I eventually gave up and never received my deposit back.It's unfortunate because we live so close, but if their lack of communication and transparency is already a concern...to me it displays their business values and communication is key to me when I'm choosing care for my kids.

I rarely give any reviews but I wouldn't miss the opportunity to say how amazing Kiddie Academy of Santa Ana has/is to our family. My daughter just completed the program and is moving on to TK and I wouldn't be more pleased on how this center helped my daughter come out of her shell. Ms. Alanna and her staff are the best. I would highly recommend Kiddie Academy of Santa Ana

My daughter has been coming to this daycare for over 2 years now. The teachers are absolutely genuine and very attentive with the children. I felt at peace going to work leaving my daughter here while still being able to monitor her from time to time. I appreciate all the staff as they are so friendly.

BEWARE PARENTS!!! Horrible management, inflexible policies, doesn't care about the kids or families, and questionable care. They don't care about your kids, only about collecting their money. Yes they may have all the bells and whistles but it's a facade to distract you from the soullessness of this place. My son was there for a year and during that time it was a revolving door of teachers. Any of the good teachers that were there always left after a short time being there for a better job that paid more somewhere else. Kids need consistency and leadership, this was nowhere to be found in this place. When I picked him up, on multiple occasions I witnessed kids watching an iPad in the corner while the teachers cleaned up the classroom. This was also intentionally done outside view of the cameras so parents couldn't see. SHADY!! Also, no singing, reading, circle time, or any of the "educational" related activities they dupe parents into thinking they provide. It was so bad at one point they didn't have any toys or books in the class, until I brought it to the attention of management. The teachers (or lack there of) had all the bookcases that we're supposed to be filled with toys and activities to play with emptied and turned facing the wall. This was only slightly remedied when I brought it to the attention of management. Really?!? How did they not see it before?? Shameful. Then on top of it all, my son stopped going there when the pandemic started, we paid for a whole week he didn't go. We took the opportunity to get him out of that school and never look back. We asked for our deposit plus the week we paid and he didn't go back and they said they couldn't give it to us!! They even had the audacity to suggest we "transfer it to another family so they can use it and give us the money directly"... uhhh what kind of legitimate business would ever suggest something so ridiculous?!? Bottom line, it's a deposit, your supposed to give it back. We need our money back, especially during a hard time right now for so many families. We told them this and they couldn't care less. They were so insensitive it was despicable. Bottom line, this place is TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE EVER!! They don't care about you or your kids and the care is questionable. Take my experience as a warning and keep looking for a better place! It's out there. After we left this place, we found one that's WAY BETTER and CHEAPER where teachers actually care about the kids and they do sooo many fun activities all the time.

We love this place! So grateful for the caring staff! It has everything you want in a preschool, it's clean and safe, it's fun and educational, and if (or when) you run into a challenge, staff is always willing to collaborate with you on what is best for your child. The teachers genuinely love my kids like their own and that makes it easier to drop them off every day.
