BEWARE!!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! Trust the bad reviews, this place gives terrible and unreliable service to their customers; they will make excuses for lack of communication. Beware of the mechanic Jose Mendoza he says one thing and then when you call for information he denies ever speaking to you. Trust the bad reviews, they will waste your time and money; Do not leave any type of deposit they won't tell you it non refundable. Spoke to the manager she's also unreliable. The "good" reviews are from probably people they know and told them to write a good review for them DO NOT COME TO THIS HORRIBLE BODY SHOP definitely zero stars

That's the worst place to take your car to get it fixed . they did a terrible job in my car . used a aftermarket rear bumper and now the car look on one side is up and the other down . They didn't paint the bumper cover grommet when I told them why they didn't paint that they were mad , one of the employees got spray bottle on his hand he wanted to spray on my car in the parking lot I'm still waiting to get my car to get it fixed the right way 0000 star

This is the second time I have brought my vehicles in after a wreck and it is always a pleasure! Jose and staff are always welcoming, informative and friendly. Always looking after my best interest! The quote was fair and they made me feel worry free. The delivered result was a brand new looking car, as usual! Brought the car back for my breaks check (although not accident related) and the mechanic was super friendly, kind and informative. They are always packed for a great reason! Thank you Kelly's Body Shop team. Recommend 100%!

Horrible place. I was getting my car check after accident. HERE IT GOES. The man simply check the wheel and the body work that all. He didn’t check underneath the hood nor the engine. He didn’t check steering. The suspension or the strut. Found out he miss the strut had to replace that. Then I took the car to school where learn to become a mechanic and on of the front joint is damaged. The fluid was low. They just fix the wheel. They didn’t even top off the brake fluid. Which they over look . When some one is doing an inspection. I expect to find the hidden problem. As simple if the fluid is top off. SMH they someone who can do inspection. They paint does not match. Horrible!!!!! Simply said it was just the material.

I was in a car accident and stopped by recently to have my car evaluated. I was told by Jesse to make an appointment for the evaluation which I did. During the appt a man took a lot of notes and a bunch of pictures of my car. I was told I would receive a quote within the week and that the repair would take 14 days total. I never received a call back. When I called today and spoke with Jesse about the quote I was suddenly told that there is a waitlist of 7-8 weeks and that I could not receive a quote until the car was disassembled and evaluated. This was the same person that told me to make an appointment to have my car evaluated for a quote. I get that things can get busy but they were extremely rude and dismissive and provided no further information, referral, or assistance and basically sounded mad at me like I was being a bother for even calling back. My car repair is now delayed and I’m left with my time and energy wasted in the first place. Super super disappointed

They ordered wrong parts, keep delaying the process and on top of everything we still have to be calling and calling and calling to know anything. If I am a business causing the delays to my customers, I should be the one calling my customers and providing with solutions. It's been a month of "It'd be ready on Thursday", "It'd be ready on Friday", "It'd be ready next week".I have to call almost everyday for the same excuse. Insurance gave us a rental for 30 days which is a lot more than repairs should've taken, but they've taken 2.5 months and I have to spend out of pocket for transportation. Go elsewhere, otherwise be prepared to have to spend more money for their irresponsability.

This place is horrible so disrespectful to your time and money. It's astonishing how disrespectful and rude they all are the people in the front desk and the mechanics are rude. Quite frankly I would never come back nor should anyone bring their service here. There's no honor nor dignity. My car at the end wasn't even fixed properly they never once apologized. There needs to be 0 star because that's what I would place. I read other reviews after and I guess I'm not surprised. Never again. They kept acting as I was clueless or an idiot as if I wouldn't see how my own car wasn't fixed right and was actually worst than how i brought it in. Don't bring your service unless you want to be robbed of your time and money. 0.

Horrible horrible horrible service. Truly if I could put 0 stars I would. left my car to get fixed with JOHN and was scheduled to pick it up within the week, it wasn't ready until a MONTH later. I'm paying for a rental car myself while it was being fixed, which I told them but they had no remorse and never said sorry. They never even contacted me saying they needed more time, I needed to call and ask myself. then they said it was ready about 3 weeks in. it all was messed up the job was done horribly my car looked exactly the same yet somehow worst than how it was supposed to be. Then finally when I went in to pick it up on week 4 the lights weren't working, my car was a mess, I had to wait another 3 days. And even after the last time I went back something was still wrong, finally I put my foot down and said I needed it today fixed. They took an hour, never said sorry never cared were always rude the front desk was rude. Horrible service, keep in mind as well this was my second time taking it here and both time were this horrible I had to come back to get fixed what they were supposed to fix the first time. Figures, bad customer service and bad job service. I would never come back again. Don't bring your car unless you want to get robbed. I felt as if I was begging for MY OWN CAR and as if they were doing it for free. This service was a big joke, this shop has no respect would never recommend.
