The Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care Clinic gave me excellent service and care at their Harbor/MacArthur facility in Cost Mesa. The Physician Assistant did a wonderful job assessing my health status, educating me on the findings, and prescribing appropriate medications to take care of my health issues. I received excellent quality of care from a very professional healthcare provider. Thank you so much for taking care of my needs on New Year’s Day!

Front desk attitude (workers comp desk )not very polite, I waiting there after Dr. order X Rays more than three hours when asking for when is going my turn they say you next in line , technician replied all the people is coming from urgent care going first when they got confirmation you next.

Hate hate hate kaiser and always will. Any appointment you ever need, don’t worry! You just have to wait three months to see a doctor, so cool! And their urgent care, oh god the horrible urgent care. Minus well just die at that point. You will wait hours for them to forget about you, then have you ask how much longer, all for them to tell you that they lost all your info as if you’ve never checked in! Amazing, so happy I have healthcare to not be treated. On top of it all Nurses just have an attitude from long hours and being overworked. So unorganized, so unprofessional, and I wish with all my being that I would never have to come back here again.

Lost my insurance a little before my appointment, they sent me an email and a mail for my appointment to confirm, I also contacted the financial counselor and been told you can receive our service(immunization ) but you have to pay it out of pocket and i agreed. Until i go there on my appointment to be notified the fee is 500 and since you aren’t a member in the insurance we cant see you. So where did the 500 come from? A fee for a non-member vaccine but still you can get regardless! Unprofessional
