Purchased patio furniture consisting of a 3-seat couch, 2-seat couch, 4 sofa chairs swivel/rocker chairs and 6-seat dining table set. Furniture was delivered very quickly exceeding my expectations.I worked with Jason over the phone. He was very helpful in tailoring my order to exactly what I needed. Jason is very knowledgeable and is very quick in proving cost of various options.I highly recommend K&B

We purchased an umbrella two years ago under a presumed 5 year warranty. Recently there was a mechanical issuewith the top portion of the umbrella. My wife attempted to civilly speak with "Nathan" who immediately placed fault on us for opening it during the wind etc..He stated that the umbrella was considered an accessory and would not be covered. This distinction is not written anywhere on the original sales receipt. I went to their location with the umbrella in hand to seek a remedy. Upon my arrival I was met by Nathan whom was very defensive when I began to explain the situation. I asked to speak to Mindy who was the owner. Besides them speaking Vietnamese she met me with a scowl on her face and without any hesitation emphasized that umbrellas are not covered in the 5 year warranty. I told her that should of been something disclosed on the bill of sale. After going back and forth, and me maintaining my firm belief that they did not appropriately inform us of the exceptions to their warranty AND having one of their workers determine that it was actually the rope that serves as a pully that was not functioning properly.Long story short, instead of being receptive and offering to find a remedy, and being very confrontational and speaking Vietnamese while talking to each other about my situation, she finally agreed to swallow $75.00 and gave me a new frame. Noone should have to spend that amount of time and energy to convince anyone to excercise integrity.Clearly this operation will not be worth your time or money.

Couldn't be happier with the service from K&B! Purchased the 44" Square Lounge Height Elizabeth Fire Pit Set w/Swivel Rockers w/Sunbrella fabric and couldn't be happier! Shipping was fast, as were most of the responses to questions and updates. Had one small issue with something missing and got the new one out right away. PS - The pergola is the Somerville by Backyard Discovery, decorative screen panels & frame kits are Sprig by Xpanse thru Lowes sub-branded Freedom, love 'em. Ceiling fan = plug in from Lowes, shade cover = Alion from Amazon, wind chimes = 36" Corinthian Bells from Wind River Chimes, best sounding ever.

If you are looking for cast aluminum furniture with cushions or resin wicker you might want to check KB Patio out. I bought a patio dining set with resin wicker chairs from them. I thought the prices were a little more expensive than the big box stores (Costco, Lowes Home Depot, Sams Club) but the quality seemed better (in my opinion). Compared to American made patio furniture KB's prices were really reasonable. Customer service was really terrific. I called and talked to a gentleman (didn't get his name) on the phone after looking at their website, who was very polite and professional. He quoted me some prices over the phone. When I visited the store, a girl named Sophie assisted me. She was also very polite an professional. Never pushy. I made a few calls with questions after I had made the purchase. She always returned my calls within a few hours. When I purchased the dining set they didn't have enough chairs I wanted in stock and told me It would take a few days for their shipment to come in and they would call to schedule a delivery day. After a few days they called to arrange shipment. Delivery was on time and everything was in boxes when delivered. I remembered seeing a post here about a few quality issues and checked everything as it was being put together and found no issues. Note: I did purchase furniture covers (not from K&B) to protect it from the elements. So far happy with the product. I highly recommend this store.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience in purchasing furniture from KB patio. Sophie and Jason were great to work with and I really appreciated their assistance and patience while working with me to choose the perfect furniture for my newly remodeled patio. We were thrilled with the patio furniture we ordered. Got a nice table with 8 chairs, 5 bar stools and a fireplace seating set. We ordered cushions, paid extra for quality and got average. They were pretty amateurish in construction but the price was good, so we are ok with them. HOWEVER, when I ordered a few extra throw pillows, they wanted $50 EACH and when I went to get them, the pattern did not match from one pillow to the next. Very shoddy craftmanship. The furniture is ok for the price but don't bother with the cushions! So disappointed.

My family and I have continuously purchased furniture and pillows from KB Patios over the past decade. Quality products, great designs and lots of choices. An additional bonus is everything is in stock and they deliver. We recently purchased a expandable table that seats 6 to 10. Great for a growing family. We also purchased 5 bar stools. They do custom orders so we ordered bar stool seats and matching pillows for our outdoor loveseat. Sophie was lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend KB Patios for anyone looking to purchase any outdoor furniture.

The woman working with us was helpful but she was the floor salesperson, cashier, warehouse, etc. While the guy at the front desk appeared to be in pajamas, very rude, played with video games, movie and blasting music. Unless he was disabled in some way that would explain this I would not recommend this place or ever go back.
