Be careful. These guys don't actually check the cars before they sell them. I bought a used vehicle from this place and ended up with a lemon. The electrical was messed up and ended costing me over $2000. The engine had fuel pump had parts glued underneath which was another $3000. The differential had no oil, with corroded metals, and spray painted parts which cost another $3000. These are only a few of the repairs that I have listed. The repairs have cost more than the value of the car. Please do not buy anything from these people. They are a big SCAM.

Poor customer service. There not willing to work with on payments. They don't follow the contract even after 10 days of late payment. They will still REPO IT. SOLD ME A LEMON HOLD IN THE GAS TANK. RADIATOR BLEW OUT FOR COUPLE OF WEEKS. GOT THE JETA MARCH OF THIS YEAR 2024. AND ALREADY HAD PROBLEMS. WITH THE TRANSMISSION SHOT OUT. NOTE MAKE SURE YOU MAKE PAYMENTS ON TIME. EVEN WITH THE CONTRACT SAYING 10 DAYS. PAY LATE FEE. THEY WILL STILL REPO THE CAR EVEN AS LOW OF A 169 DOLLARS OWNED. THERE ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. AND TAKING BACK THE CARS.

I should have looked at the reviews before going to this place…. Got a truck a month ago here and only a week in and already started to have engine issues. (Update: supposedly brand new tires?? One blew out because the thread came apart which explained why the alignment was off since the beginning.. ridiculous..)
Called this place and said they can do nothing to help at all. Had to spend 3k in repairs so far. Save your money. If you want to risk it and come here anyways- TRIPLE check every single thing on the vehicle before signing anything. Or at least get a warranty. That was my biggest mistake.

I wouldn’t shop here. Bad service and changed the contract on us. We left thinking we owed 4 k left come to find out it’s 10k. Poor communication especially with Jacob Jose and carina and they didn’t want to hear anything we had to say. There only response was sorry for the miscommunication but you signed already.

I really appreciate everyone at Johnny's. Jakob and Jose worked with me to help get the best deal for my budget. Jakob was great about all the follow up calls and keeping me informed about the vehicle. I've already been telling people to check them out if you need a car.

Buyer Beware! If you can, take your own scanner. I was planning on buying a vehicle here, once I scanned the vehicle that I was interested in, my scanner gave me 27 codes. make sure you inspect carefully any vehicle you plan on buying here

Let me tell you Jose is wonderful. I bought my car from Johnny's on AS IS contract but when I mentioned to Jose that the heater wasn't working he hooked me up and the same day my heat and ac works great no $ out of my pocket. Plus Johnny's financed me when no one, not even Drive Time would. I definitely recommend Johnny's to all my friends

Terribly disappointed in the lack of integrity and personality. They make you feel like another sale. And when you call them out, they drop you like it's hot. A typical used car lot by all means.

Worst dealer ever they fix the car just to work properly while you buying. I bought a chrysler 300 to find out the same night after i bought the sunroof leak i called next morning the dealer did not want to fix it. They said call the warranty when clearly it was a dealer problem also i bouth it cash. Staff dont seem to care to keep their good customers.

I am so disappointed with my experience with this company. I purchased a car Monday 4/22/24 and took it to get it checked, and it turns out the transmission is bad and about to go out. Johnny's Motors Inc. already knew this car had a bad transmission and still sold it to me. I want my money back! This place should be shut down! Shame on you!!! Johnny's Motors, Inc!
