Called to see if they were able to do an oil change as a walk in, or if they required an appointment, and guy on the phone said he doesn’t do oil changes today and to call back later. Like what?

I went to Pro Japanese Auto Repair to check my engine and was given a sky-high price for a diagnosis he did right in front of me with a device. So I called John Complete for a diagnosis and was told that it would be free. Naturally, I went and it turns out that there was nothing wrong with my engine; I just need to replace the lid of my gas tank. I appreciate that John (or whoever helped me) didn’t try to upsell me. I needed my water pump replaced, I bought the part called John and he did the labor for a great price. I called 15 other shops and his price was the best! He gave me great advice and did the work fast. Finished the same day I brought it in. He will definitely be my regular mechanic from now on.

John knows his stuff! He is way too busy giving all his customers excellent service to waist anyones time on anything they do not need. His price are more then fair... let me be clear hear, he is not cheap. His prices are excellent his service is excellent there is no compromise between the two. Having turned a wrench as more then backyard mechanic myself I sm deeply greatful to be a patron of tjis gentleman.
