I rarely need these services, but my leather boots I just got were a bit scuffed and I needed to see if it could be repaired. I took it here and I was charged $20 which is a good price and my boots look like they have never been scuffed before. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because every time I tried going to pick up my shoes, he was closed. I also called several times to check on business hours and each time someone would pick up and not say a word.

Terrible service, he told me it would be done a certain day but when I showed up they weren't ready and he said they weren't supposed to be done till days later. He made my MATTE boots SHINY when they're supposed to be matte. The yellow stitching of my doc martens is now black because apparently he doesn't know what he's doing. Rude and not helpful at all. The worst shoe repair I've been too.

I brought in a pair of my Pure White mules, they were a disaster, the leather was damaged in the front, and scuffed really bad on the side, when I receive them from the Shoemaker, they looked brand-new oh, he did an amazing job on them, is inexpensive, and does an excellent job
