I usually love coming here but this time is the worse. My taxes were done wrong and I'm being told I need more info by the irs because it doesn't add up. I tried reaching out but my tax preparer isn't getting back to me.

I actually had no appointment, was in the neighborhood for another establishment and not even in our town. There office is right on the front corner and very professional looking and drew me in, I had been carrying my documents around for ever and the front receptionist was so nice, she suggested I drop everything off and scheduled us an Appt to come the next day to pick everything up "Julie" was very nice professional and experienced me & my husband felt very comfortable we were in & out signed sealed & delivered. Thanks H & R Block
