If you're going to open @ 10 AM daily, don't advertise store hours start at 9 AM. I've yet to come and see the doors open on time, let alone before 10. At least turn off the OPEN sign, it's a slap in the face for people who are expecting you to be an accountable business.

Great guys. Really helped me out trying to get my hookah setup up and running. They had some spare parts they sold for a great rate, and gave me some good advice to boot. Definitely coming back for more tobacco and coals! It's really worth supporting shops like this that will go the extra mile to help you out.
