Drove 2 1/2 to this dusty place, I was looking around as they could clearly see, I accidentally knocked over a nail tip box and it broke open. Well then, all of a sudden the owner asked me if I have a license to do nails and I do not have a license to do nails but what is it his business if I do or don’t like I was there to spend money so I don’t get why it mattered to him Long story short as I was leaving the store. The lady behind the counter said that I still had to pay for the box of nail tips that I dropped and broke and I told them that I didn’t have a license to do nails remember so I can’t buy it ?

We have been coming here for years. Once every 2 weeks for our salon. Recently my wife bought a igel machine. They sold us the broken one. We went back to exchange it. The man who is always wearing a hat at the counter gave us a hard time. Today my wife came in to buy some nail tips. The same man start harassing her with words. Terrible service. Take tour business elsewhere.

This was the absolute worst nails store i have been to. Before I even went into the store 3 people were standing in a circle around the checkout counter STARING at me and saying things to each other in another language. I felt so uncomfortable just walking up to the store with them doing that but i went in anyways because they were 1 or of the 2 stores that were open at the time since it was late. As soon as i entered they were all still staring at me with a judgmental look on their faces but i politely said hello to them anyways. They just completely ignored me and looked at each other and rudely asked me if i had a license and when i said no they told me i wasn’t allowed to be in there without one.. NOWHERE does it say that they required a license and i felt so judged and uncomfortable the whole time. The workers here were so rude and unwelcoming. Don’t ever come here unless you want a horrible experience.

I’ve been coming here for years (maybe like 2 times a years or so ) , and today I felt racially profiled , I kinda always felt awkward going here that’s why I avoid going there . today there were 3 men just staring since I walked in and the one of them came up to me and said if I needed something so I said yes ! I proceeded to ask him where the acrylic powder was and he said no and said I couldn’t purchase there , he said it in a very rude way ! NEVER COMING BACK ! I don’t suggest anyone coming here very bad customer service !

My wife came to this nail shop trying to buy some gel polish and was refused service because it was for professional use only and dined service. very unperfessional. She felt descrimminated due to her apperance. DONT COME HERE!!!!!!

I was debating in writing this but seeing the comments made me have to courage to say something.I came here February 6 and it was the worst experience of my life. They told me what was I doing in the store If they only sell to professional nail techs with license. I was confused because I have bought things online and they don't ask for anything there. When another lady came in asking for something they were polite to her and helped out "mind you shes Asian" I then told them that I have my license and they told me I need to show them if I wanted to shop. I decided to just walk out and they just laughed at me....

Worst place ever ! Don't go here ! They discriminated me ! They had the nerve to tell me that I needed to show them my licenses to shop there when they didn't ask a single person for it and looked at me with a nasty face! This place needs to be shut down! Don't come here and waste your time! There is so many spots that will not judge you!! If you're not Asian they will not serve you!

Recommend for Nails Salon owner.Tried this place out and they are actually decent, they have different varieties of options and brands to chose from, price is not bad, owner actually friend and help you with finding the product you need. Will come back in future!

I do not recommend this place. The workers do not know how to treat people well. I’ve been at this place two times The first was okay however, today I went (mind you it was a long drive) and they would not let me speak. I asked them if they had an item and they responded rudely after walking around the store filling up my cart with supplies for almost an hour and the lady and man would just stare and i didn’t like the fact they made me feel unwelcome, unappreciative, \\u0026 discriminated. a man then approached me saying that I didn’t bring my license and he refused service (he would not even let me speak) and I felt devastated due to the lack of respect and the way they treat their customers. Mind you they have NO sign saying they require a license and i drove allot to get there. i’m never going back to this place again :/ i hope they learn how to be fair and kind but definitely do not recommend this place ??

THE MOST RACIST PLACE EVER !!! I first walked in and the worker looked at me up and down . I would go to one section and he'd follow me just watching what I was doing. Then comes the cashier and stands right next to him and are just watching me and talking, and I would ask them a question and they'd just IGNORED ME. That was my FIRST TIME. I went in a second time thinking it be different, WROOONG . I went in looking for a monomore so I asked the worker he straight up ignored me and went to help somebody else ! So i went to the cashier , I asked her and she asked if I had a license , I had told her no I just needed it for school because I ran out (I even had my shirt on and my badge) she said she couldn't sell it to me . So I had told her I had purchased it from there before and she looked at me in a so bothered way and said "I guess I'll sell it to you " in the most rudest way. I told her "it's okay I don't want to deal with racist people" I can't believe it . This is the first time this ever happened to me . Don't recommend this place at all not even to buy ONE THING ! SKY LARK Is the BEST PLACE ! Awesome customer service and great to talk to and ask questions and don't judge you the second you walk in MY GO TO !
