I came to this location 3 days in a row trying to find some parts for my shower head and the first two days NOT A SOUL could or would help me. Nobody knew and the ones who tried would just give up. Until Kenny. Kenny made my 2 hr trip into a 15 minute trip and I am so grateful. He was extremely knowledgeable, super quick, and great attitude. He seemed like the only person who took his job seriously and knew what he was doing. The other kids working there might need more training in products and customer care. Check out people were really nice too.

Do not rent welders from Home Depot - they don't test their machines before they rent them out then they charge you for a full days worth of rental despite NOT BEING ABLE TO USE IT and having to rent ANOTHER welder from a DIFFERENT company.

My elderly mom with Alzheimer's and I went into the store, my mom really wanted to go to see the plants. Benjamin overheard me tell my mom that I would get a cart and meet her in a few moments at the sidewalk she was on, he instantly got me a cart. I then walked into the garden area and a super helpful lady helped me (I think her name was Priscilla) and then she and directed me to where I might find it, I then came across Edgar and Jonathon who when I told them what I was looking for they took a shopping cart and loaded up a bag. They told me to let Pricilla know to ask for help to my car and then Benjamin helped me load my car up. I really, really appreciate the help and my mom was wanting to go even tho it is hard for her to get around. I thank you all so much for such a great experience!!!

Scam Alert!! Don't use your Home Depot Cc here. Back in October I visited this shop to purchase Halloween lights. September I got a call from Home Depot cc services asking me if I made a purchase for $495 for Framing Nailer Kit. I thanked them for calling to confirm and let them know that I'm at work and the cc is physically with me. It's a fraudulent charge. They did the right thing by removing the charge and issued me a new cc that was mailed to me. Nearly 3 months later I got a statement showing the charge is back on my account. I called multiple times and they said based on their investigation they can't remove the charge because the cc was used with the chip. Again I had the cc with me and didn't make this purchase. I visited the shop to see if they can pull up camera footage so they can confirm it wasn't me. But unfortunately they were no help at the store. The staff at the store also shared with me that these things happen often with scammers placing devices to steal cc info. I will be taking further action for stress, time wasted and identity theft.

I went in looking for an item that said limited availability. At first I couldn't find anything and felt like a complete idiot because of it. While no one bothered me as I walked around looking completely clueless, the crew at the front desk were VEYOND helpful, AND! with their help I was able to find the last one! Yay!!

Beware Worst customer service I have ever had... Lillian does not know what customer service is and even has an attitude talking. Well not spend another time does Home Depot. I've been at Home Depot shopper for 30 years or more. Don't let people walk out stealing basket full of stuff, but they won't help a customer exchange an item for a broken item. Even had to prove to her, it was the same manufacturer, and everything from their shelf Other employees that were nearby we're rolling her eyes and laughing at her. Very sad for other customers that need to deal with her let alone other employees that have to work with her There should be a warning sign up in the store warning of rude management. She probably stomped her feet to get the position.

Awesome products. I like their customer service. But sometimes you have to wait for someone to help you. If they don't come when they say they will have someone meet you at the aisle your product is at then go back and let one of the customer service rep know so they can call someone to help you. I have had that happen to me a few times.

The truck rental department is horrible. They advertise rates in store and then charged me a higher price once I checked out. I called this out to the manager, Brett, who provided no customer service and refused to resolve the issue. Instead, he advised me to come back the next day to receive a refund. I returned the following day and Brett wasn't even working. The workers that day told me they couldn't do anything since Brett wasn't working. It's clear Brett communicated a false resolution just to get out of the situation. They also had removed the advertised rates from display the next day when I returned because they knew it was inaccurate.

This review is strictly for one reason, the Military Discount. As a former Marine who did not retire, but did 11 years serving our country, I appreciate the Home Depot has a 10% discount for former members of the Military. Now 10% may not seem like a lot, but you basically are not paying the sales tax on the items you purchase. Please note that you can't use it on everything (but it should be), but hey it is good none the less. Thank you Home Depot

We have been using Home Depot for our home improvement project, random repairs around the house and all sort of other things for years. They're great, we love this store! They are amazing for order pick-ups, curbside delivery, returns, etc. however, we recently went to pick-up an online order at the MacArthur store in Santa Ana and had a not so great experience. We ordered several items, but refused the flooring we had ordered as we found we didn't need it. Return are usually an easy process, but when we said we wanted to return the flooring the customer service rep started whispering to his co-worker. We could hear him saying something about a restocking fee. He then told us there is a 15% restocking fee if we didn't take the flooring. It didn't sound right, but we were in a hurry so we took the 26 boxes of flooring and loaded them in our truck. When we got home we unloaded 26 heavy boxes of flooring into the garage and I immediately called the store. Actually I called 2 stores and also talked to a live rep online. All agreed that there is no restocking fee as this wasn't a special order. It's flooring Home Depot sells in the store but we had ordered it online because the store was out of stock. I was really disappointed that we went to all the trouble to load it and unload it again only to find out the customer service rep was incorrect. The store offered to have it picked-up at our house so we don't have to lug it back to the store, which is helpful. Be careful when cancelling orders. There is no restocking fee on items that aren't special order so don't let an inexperienced Home Depot worker tell you there is. Other than that, this Home Depot rocks!

WOW. JUST WOW! Buying a large appliance is stressful. We haven't purchased a refrigerator in 17 years and last Tuesday was the day. After doing ALL my research, taking dimensions, color choices etc., I went to a couple of big box stores and even called a manufacturer. (Ms) Pady @Home Depot was a game changer. Pady is a low-key "can do" type. When I told her what I was looking for was not available in the color I wanted she said, "Of course it is," and proceeded to look it up on the computer. She was right. They carried what I was looking for but not on display. She took as much time as I needed and even though I didn't purchase that day, when we parted she turned to me and said, "Remember, we're here for you." That meant so much to me given the current environment in which we live. Very few know the meaning of customer service, but Pady does. I called Pady the next day and she took my order over the phone giving me tips and hints about delivery. No upsell on the extended warranty but when she offered it I purchased it. Delivery day. Ulysses and Francisco showed up promptly at 8:30. Best delivery guys EVER! I was SO nervous, but their expertise and sense of humor really helped. During delivery I did call Pady for some assurance, and she gave it to me - Before hanging up she said, "We're still here for you Joan." I couldn't have asked for a better experience all the way around. Thank you Pady for being a great professional help and encourager. Thank you Ulysses and Francisco for a seamless, perfect delivery and install! Great team!

ABOVE and BEYOND!!! The most amazing band of men helped me today: Dennis, Damon, Eric, and Alvin. THANK YOU ALL! My panic after an unexpected biz trip this week put me in a pinch today to get a new BBQ for my hubby's birthday tomorrow. The trip to Home Depot ended in the most amazing result!! It really does not get any better than this! I HIGHLY recommend this Home Depot location because of the kindness and "can do" attitude. Tomorrow my daughter and I will be able to surprise him with a ready to go BBQ on the deck of our house with a pretty bow around it!

My husband and I had a project to do some remodeling on our home so we were in earlier today and got some very helpful workers all around the store. The best part of it was when we checked out, we had Mr. Mike at the cashier and he was so helpfull suggested that we open the home depot card so we can save some money and only would take couple of minutes so my husband listened to his suggestions which we normally turned down when stores asked us to open new account. Must be his charming. Just wanted to give a 5 stars to a great customers service over all to the store and more than 5 stars if we can to Mr. Mike.
