I absolutely love this store I can spend hours there and spend my whole check. The cashiers are nice but the management distrusts all blacks and Hispanics that walk through their double door.The uniqueness of the merchandise and easy return policy is why continue to shop there. No matter if these employees follow me or not , I will continue to get all my arts crafts and stuff from hobby lobby. Sorry Michael's

Yesterday I went to Hobby Lobby located in Santa Ana, CA. to return a few silk flower stems and Christmas garland. I provided the original receipt for items to be returned. Problem arose when 3 of the flower stems were missing 3 leaves each, which I didn't notice when I bought them. Who counts leaves on a flower stem?! Manager Matt's told me he would not refund me for the flowers, insinuating that I was responsible for the missing leaves. What?! Makes absolutely no sense! Matt's doesn't understand his company policy. I should've been given a refund with no problem. I asked Matt's for the corporate number to address this situation. Matt's gave me a number, the wrong number. I had a gut feeling he wasn't being honest, so I called the number he provided me and it was a number for loss prevention. I asked him for the correct number and once again he gave me another wrong number. I called him on his lack of honesty, and that's when he completely became unhinged! He yelled at me from the top of his longs, wrote on a big piece of paper in large numbers the false corporate number he gave me. He continued to berate me in front of all the customers in the store. At that point I told him I felt threatened and unsafe. I then pulled out my phone to record his behavior and only then did he back off and walk away continuing to yell at me. This whole transaction was recorded on your company camera to prove the authenticity of my experience. Matt's deserves to be fired. His unprofessional, threatening behavior doesn't represent the high standards on which your company is built on. Please review the video footage from 1-1-24.

I tried returning items that I did not use (floral) tags still on. Although the cashier did not question the integrity of the items I was returning, Aida & Ralph proceeded to fumble through the items. The cashier only called her over for a price check. Instead of verifying the actual price, she told her, $7.99 or $9.99. She started laughing ok'ing through the items I was returning. She called over the manager Ralph. He was unnecessarily loud & condescending. Mind you, these items are crooked & bent by design. The tags were still on. He gripped the feathers several times with his dirty hands! I told him, if you're not going to allow me to return them, quit touching them! I was disappointed & shocked that a mgr would handle items with his dirty hands like that & then say I had to keep them. Both Aida's & Ralph's tone & mannerisms were very unprofessional. To talk to a customer like that is unacceptable. Aida said I couldn't return red glittery wood floral sticks, which was fine, although unused, I did open the package. She proceeded to take off the rubber and & threw it on the cashier counter & said that's yours. So if she's not allowing me to return the item, why would she take off the band & then handle the cellophane around the product?

Always love Hobby Lobby. You can always find something. Just make sure what you buy is on sale. Every week a different department is on sale.

It's a lot there's stuff all over the place so it can be overwhelming but the staff is amazing super sweet and don't mind picking up a broken ornament I took my baby with me huge mistake big ?

I went there today 10/27/2023 and was having a great time looking through all the amazing Christmas decorations. That all stopped when I went to make line with my coworkers on the next cashier lane. Another register was open and my supervisor suggested I get in that line. As I was heading there an older female employee very bluntly said, “He’s pulling from the line”. I said, “huh” as I hadn’t understood what she said and much loudly said he was pulling from the line in which case she faced me and said the other people which were my coworkers would be next and I said okay as I went to stand behind them and again she loudly said he’d pull from the line and kept talking until I turned away from her. She then went off on her duties as 3 other customers stood in the forbidden line. Her customer service is outdated and she shouldn’t be manning the lines. She was rude and it was all for nothing.

I have a blast while I'm in there some stuff expensive some stuff reasonable they have great sales great markdowns a lot of different categories of a lot of different stuff. I love it.

I love going into this store. They have such a variety. It has so much Holiday knick knacks and religious items, kitchen, bedroom, native American, etc to choose from.
