Worst customer service EVER!!! I called at 10:50pm to verify the shop was open until 11. The guy answered and said “yeah we’re open til 11pm”. So when I pulled up at 10:55pm and the door was locked I was a bit confused. The guy screamed “We’re CLOSED!!!!” when he saw me pull on the door. I said “I JUST CALLED YOU!!!!” To which he rudely shrugged and waived me away like I was a nuisance. If the piles of homeless asleep by the door weren’t reason enough to go elsewhere, that exchange certainly was. Horrible staff, limited selection, inflated prices, and the place looked like a dump even before it doubled as a homeless encampment. Countless better options locally, hard pass

U guys are awesome.. actually I love this place.. they're all so very helpful nd friendly.. u guys actually answer our calls... Me nd my in-laws have been going there it's gonna be like 2 or 3 years I think... I know it's felt like for ever... U guys are awesome keep up the gud work..

Charged me double for a vape and when I came back the clerk refused to help me. Told me to come back another time. Watch your wallet around these guys.

They saved me! Late night emergency run batteries shorted out in my mod, they had batteries available and fully charged. I very much appreciate not running out of nicotine! Good service guys

I contacted Alexander to order my first vape, he actually choose one for me and it is beautiful easy to use especially for a beginner, then they delivered it to me since I dont have a car very quickly. This vape kit will last a long time. I am so happy I called Rootz Smoke Shop they truly are great.

I specifically made it a point to stop by here solely because of the amazing reviews that this place has. The girl working with the long blonde hair was extremely helpful and helped me pick out a couple things. Their “BLUNTLIFE” Insense that are only a $1 are AMAZING as well. Definitely pick up a couple different scents if you make your way to this part of Santa Ana.
