Absolute FIVE star to the Sideshow of Horrors, I loved seeing all of the clowns! It was AWESOME.However, the staff is rude, unkind, not friendly and overall unprofessional. Overall when I went, the staff was talking down so poorly to some clowns when they didn't do anything. I thought they were volunteers? Abuse of power much? Just cause you have a shirt that says staff on it, it means you can name call and treat them like that? Very bad first impression. Again, the clowns and theme made this place come together, otherwise this place is only good for school field trips for kids that won't remember it in a year anyways.Edit: To respond to the owner's response. I would like to kindly agree to disagree with your defense of the staff not being part of the museum. The shirts they were wearing, some were yellow and some were black, the black ones clearly stated "museum staff" and they were screaming at the clowns that literally didn't do anything. I know this because I was actually there just sitting and drawing the clowns for fun and relaxation. I had plenty of time to observe. I understand some clowns were out of place, but yelling at the ones that didn't do anything? Event staff or your staff, doesn't matter. It's on YOUR property. Your property, your responsibility. Am I correct? Thank you for the time getting back to me but I still disagree.

Heritage Museum of Orange County in Santa Ana is a hidden gem! Rich history, beautiful gardens, and engaging exhibits. A captivating experience for all ages.

It's free to walk around the garden and definitely the garden is worth seeing. The landscape is beautifully maintained. To go Inside the heritage buildings there is a 10$ fee. The garden is only open for the public on Saturday till 2p. Most Saturdays they have events going on and the public is not allowed, you wouldn't see a sign that tells that there events going on at the entrance and is closed to the public when you try to do a walk in without checking their website.

It's a cute little museum. I've been here twice on a field trip with my students. You'll find a lot of old school vintage stuff and you'll see a bunch of cool old school furniture with costumes. You'll get a tour of different houses. Each house is unique so you'll find different stuff in each house. They show you how people would wash clothing back in the day. I definitely recommended coming to this museum. You'll learned a lot.

I posted this review 6 years ago and I still feel the same! This place only gets better and better. It is a beautiful gem in Orange County, you can't find many places like this especially in the city! The grounds are gorgeous and the houses are a wonderful representation of their history. Tours, weddings, events..They have it all ? And Jamie is just AMAZING (and the staff) as always ?

The grounds were very nice! The museum is beautiful on the outside, we were there for the Behind the Picket Fence craft & antique fair, we didn't go inside the buildings.

The Heritage Museum is one of the most beautiful venues in Orange County! Every event and wedding we've attended at Heritage Museum over the years have been nothing short of incredible. Jamie and the entire staff are so accommodating and helpful to all guests. They display true professionalism and make you feel at home when you are at the venue. Looking forward to our next visit!

Such a great little Museum, we came here on a first grade field trip and we all loved it. We loved learning about how Mr. Kellogg engineered so many things!! We got to wash laundry by hand and wring it the way they used to back in the day. We even got to make butter!!

I had a mold problem in my bathroom and tried to remove it myself. I couldn't, so I found this company and hired them. They came out the same day and completed the job. Their price was very competitive.

Two turn of the century houses on a lot. One restored to its original condition with furniture. Wonderful wedding venue. We got married here 5 years ago. As there's no residential homes nearby you can go much later into the night than most venues.Property has a blacksmith studio and orange groves and covered patio. Parking is mildly limited but a wedding of 200 people carried no complaints. Staff was very courteous and professional. Wedding packages are reasonably priced with several good caterers and liquor providers.

Went here for the Blacksmith Shop reopening. One restored house to tour, which is fantastic. One house where you can look inside the lobby at the walls stripped to the lath.

This was a fantastic opportunity to conduct a personal paranormal tour of this historic home in Santa Ana. Didn't pick up any paranormal activity but a great opportunity to glance to the past. Lots of antique relics and worth a visit.

The museum itself was beautiful. I attended a wedding. The staff was great, and super helpful. They made sure the event went off without a hitch.
