I purchased my culver mobility nano electric wheelchair. After it was delivered, I tried it in my home and it worked. It stopped working the first time I planned to take it out for a small trip. It did power up or start up. I tried to contact culver using 2 of the phone calls for customer service repeatedly, and got no answer just ringing. I tried to send an email and it would not go through 3 times/ I have a piece of junk that is sitting in my living room. I spent over 1 K dollars for this. The ad on the site I purchased the nano stated customer service but it just did not work. Please do not buy from Culver Mobility as it seems like scam in terms of customer service support.

I ordered the wheelchair for my mother and it arrived but was the wrong color. I had to pay to ship it back and four weeks later still no refund nor reimbursement. I finally had to call Amazon to get a refund on the original cost and took a loss on the return shipping cost.

I like the chair but there is no, nada, customer service. calls, e-mails, message, voicemail, nothing is responded to. I would never have bought my chair from this company. Please a word to the wise, read all the reviews, any of the poor reviews as I can see are true.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH!!! READ THE REVIEWS!!! I am writing to express my disappointment with the product I received from Culver Mobility. I recently purchased a $2K wheelchair for my disabled mother-in-law from an Amazon store, and unfortunately, the product I received does not match the description on their website. The product description on your website indicated that the wheelchair has certain features and specifications. However, the product I received has several discrepancies that need to align with what was advertised on your website. The headrest doesn't fit the wheelchair; instructions don't match the product, etc.. I find this discrepancy unacceptable and feel your company's advertising misled me. I trusted your company and product descriptions to make an informed purchase, and I am now frustrated and disappointed. I want to request a PREPAID LABEL for returning a wheelchair from Culver Mobility which I don't trust! I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon. Asking a customer to pay out of pocket to return a product is ludicrous. I'm in the process of reporting this to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities) AND THEY LACK ANY TYPE OF SUPPORT - ONLY A GOOGLE NUMBER!!!!

I have been trying for a week to return a chair. Nobody answers the phone. My calls aren't returned. The chat bot starts up and then abandons the chat. The customer service is trash. They're unresponsive and completely unhelpful. Do not recommend. I would give them zero stars or negative stars if it were an option.

I purchased a wheelchair and they sent me two. I had to pay $117.35 to return the second one. They reimbursed the cost of the second chair, but not the postage to return what I didn't order. The wheelchair itself is glitchy and it cost me $137.50 today to swap out a wheel that cracked in two when someone bumped into it, and to disassemble and reassemble the joystick which was causing the chair to unpredictably jerk in different directions by 12" to 18". If I'd known any of this I wouldn't have gone near these people.

What an expensive lesson you may learn. Warranty is next to useless. Chairs have weak motors. Owner has no sense of what customer service entails. Find a good chair with a history of great reviews.

I ordered a collapsible wheel chair and a cup holder from this company. The order shipped promptly and arrived in good shape. The only issue was instead of a cup holder I received a motorcycle gps mount. Tried calling, no one ever answers and leaving a return # does no good. I sent them 3 emails asking how they wanted to handle returning the wrong part and getting the right one. Never got a response. The product is great. The customer service sucks. BTW Walmart sells the same wheelchair for the same price.

I purchased a electric wheelchair from Hawk Mobility. It has a problem with the motor/gearbox. I contacted Hawk Mobility and they won't honor the advertised warranty. So I wasted $1,000.00. CAVEOT EMPTOR!!!
