As you can see the old “negative” reviews have been from over a year ago. I have been here 2 years and seems to me like they have made some adjustments from what previous residents were complaining about. Anytime there was ever a issue maintenance was there the day of or the following day. The team at harbor pointe has been completely amazing and very respectful, especially Laura and Jaime. I would definitely recommend this complex as they seem to be on top of everything and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in my 2 years.

Would not recommend on one to live here The apartments are affected with cockroaches management don't care and the new management there are very very rude I recommend to looking somewhere else not to live

I live here and it's been nine years now. The new leasing manager has harassed me. Slandered my character. Censored my guests, and has now handed me a 60 day notice. I have never been late payment saying rent or any utility bills. I supposedly had a written complaint one in nine years, for a disturbance. I'm contesting the notice. I've been tested unfairly and in my opinion with prejudice. I want Justice.

I would not recommend anyone lease here. Management is negligent. The older woman manager that lives behind the leasing office must not like her job there, not sure why she is still there. She is extremely rude and unproffesional. For leasing company management that reads this review, she would be the reason someone passes on this place. If someone chooses to lease, maintenance is a joke. Maybe it's not their fault and it's just management will not allow for acceptable repairs but if something needs repair-- example a kitchen drawer breaks, they use the same broken wood for the repair--- who does that? I get cost efficiency, but that's ridiculous.Parking is another reason to stay away. If you have visitors---better yet, you should go visit them. If you don't have a car registered in your name you don't get a garage, so no parking for visitors or storage room. Apparently though, the garage you should be assigned for your unit goes to someone else if you don't own a vehicle, but it's still the same rent you are charged.Stay away. Many newer options in the area.

Apartments are totally different from what you might be accustomed to having. If you are having bad days then that's an issue only you can adjust to. Seen this all before, equipment or utilities start to malfunction all at the same time so the demand gets to high to meet. Assure yourself that all coworkers don't put the same effort. Be kind and ask again

Literally only giving one star because of the way the clerk, Patty, treated me and a new tenant that I was helping move in. I'd say it was just a one time thing, however, I have been visiting friends there for some time and every interaction I've had with her was a negative one. The apartments are nice enough to live there. Laundry, pool, gated community and parking on site. The inside of the apartments are maintained well and are clean. However, Patty was enough for me to never want to live there or suggest people to live there if they have to deal with her. She ruined the whole experience.

My family and I have been living here more than 15 years and we have had quite the settlement. First of all, the maintenance here is bad. When you report something broken, they break it even more or they never even get to it. Secondly the camera's that they have installed do not even point to the garages. Therefore if you were to get robbed the cameras wouldn't catch who it was. Third of all, the pool is almost always dirty and the Jacuzzi is just scary. Shady people tend to pass by and a homeless man fell asleep in the laundry room. I would say the only good thing that is here in these apartments is that they have vending machines. Also we have HEATERS instead of A.C. There was a rodent, roach and mold infestation in the units. Lastly, the manager herself is a great manger, but doesn't care much about her tenants and her needs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO LEASE HERE.
