Very good services. Just provided the code for my Amazon pick up, they retrieved the item with no issue. I was in and out less the 5 minutes. It's a pharmacy, although no drug is needed this time. But I'll try them next time if I need my medication refilled.

The best customer service. We are traveling and need the PCR-RT test. Came in at 11:00 am , only take 15 min for three of us at $0 out of pocket. Get the result at 4:30 pm the same day. We were expecting the result on next morning. The pharmacy were very helpful and thorough explain the procedure. We were expecting to spend about $120.00 per person for the PCR test but in this case we spend $0, saving of $360.00.. as we have insurance, medical, medicaid

I was searching for a place to test covid with PCR testing and quick result within 12 hours-24 hours for my mom's flight to Vietnam. It was so difficult to find one during this covid surge but I finally found a place in Irvine- Hoag hospital, paid out of pocket for $250, same day result. Last minute they cancelled on me because they're out of PCR. Fortunately today I went to Mom Market and saw people getting in line to get PCR testing in front of Harbor Healthy Living Pharmacy. So then I was just checking out this place since I didn't have any other options anyway. They were so nice and fast. One of the doctors who worked there was like yelling and screaming which was funny, but I think it's just how he talked. He was just trying to help everyone move quickly. My mom came in at 4:15 pm on friday and they said after 4pm, the swab would be tested the next day, which was Saturday and so result would be available on sunday. I explained to them that my mom needed to go to Vietnam and she needed the result tomorrow. They were nice enough to get her swab in to test today. If you want a next day result, come in before 4pm. Thanks everyone here, I saved $250. So bring your insurance and get a free saliva/throat PCR test.

Been coming here for 4 years now. They provide good service. Will even text you when any of your prescriptions are ready (recurring monthly meds) . There have been times when I had to wait because someone either arrived there before me or they are needing the time to fill my prescriptions. While waiting there are other customers that get priority service because they are picking up ready prescriptions. Otherwise it's first come first served. Normal. Another reviewer here throws out the race card because she had to wait. Being inconvenienced is not a form of racism. If they straight out did not fill your prescriptions because of your race or told you to take your business elsewhere then racist they are. Have some patience!

I'm writing this review after experiencing one of the worst interactions of customer service from the delivery driver from this pharmacy. The driver has delivered to this location multiple times, and his personality I can honestly say is not something a business would want to have as it's representative. He was clearly and understandably upset that he was unable to deliver due to his customer not being present, but regardless of how upset he is, professional behavior is an absolute necessity, especially when he's interacting with people that are not even related to his transaction. He was loud spoken and clearly angry on the phone when he called his supervisor and was physical with inanimate objects within our facility (the glass counter top and the glass entry door), and stormed out with a vengeance. This is the first Yelp review I have had to write to express such distaste with a business. I hope the owner sees this and takes the necessary steps to prevent this from future incidents. The 2 stars are for the fact that they deliver pharmaceuticals to their customers, and that the delivery driver didn't break anything within our office.

This pharmacy is not the place you want to go to. They are racist and will give Asians their prescriptions first before a Hispanic or any other. They never have and give you all that is prescribed on your doctors note.
