Read comments before you book! My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, front services was ok, decent, the building however is disappointing.
The pool is disgusting dirty and old. Tge water didn’t seem clean. They charge $20 for parking per night and literally have very small limited space, once parking is full they send you across the st to a different hotel to park. The hallway floors are sticky and stink. The ice machine didn’t work. The outside is full of homeless using drugs just walking in the parking lot and sitting around the building. The rooms are ok, I guess but could use an upgrade.
The best thing from our stay was the breakfast and the breakfast service.
The kitchen ladies had the place well stocked, clean, and the Hispanic lady running the breakfast was very sweet and polite.
I would definitely not stay here again and I would not recommend it either.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is not your typical Hampton inn experience. This is like a motel 6. Very dated with a make shift Air conditioning unit. Dirty carpet, u comfortable beds and pillows are horrible. Service only every other day, they did not come for several days, our garbage was over flowing and very dirty in our room. Pull out bed was awful and parking is $20 a day, but we had to park across the street each day because there is not enough parking, but still got charged the $20! Pool was green, needed chlorine so badly. hotel is awful! Do not waste your money!

I travel for work and stay at Hilton Hotels, this was not up to Hilton standard by any means. There was a mixup in dates and rooms when I arrived but did not notice it right away. When I arrived I was tired from traveling and wanted to just make sure we got to our room and my employee got to his. When I found out about the mixup and tried to explain it to the front desk clerk she was very defensive and would not let me speak. I finally just gave up and did what I had to do. That night when I came home from work I spoke to William, the manager on duty, and explained what had happened. He was very understanding and went above and beyond to try to help fix my issue. Thank you William, I appreciate what you did for me, but I don’t think I will stay here again due to the other employees actions.

Definitely not the quality of a Hilton property. Obviously they acquired the building and tried to do upgrades but in the end, completely missed the mark. Doors were painted therefore they stuck when trying to open. Bathrooms were “updated” but still felt old. Air condition split was in the living room so had to keep our bedroom door open in order to get a/c in the bedroom for a 1 bedroom suite. All and all, would never stay there again

As a diamond member you would hope for some service which I usually have to say Hilton does its job but not this location.
Asked for a top floor room while the parking lot is empty was already answered we have a different room for you ( I only stay one night)
After kindly asking if we can stay one hour longer because our flight is at 2 pm the answer was no our house keeping doesn’t allow that anymore.
AC is outside the bedroom and was not even switched on was sticky as hell in the room and the aid doesn’t reach the bedroom.
I would not recommend this location anymore rather pay a few dollar more instead

Very dated of any Hampton Inn locations. Rooms, beds, and technology are very dated. Be aware of $20 parking fee, not indicated in the app or any websites.

This has to be the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. I know they say you get what you pay for because the rate was low for Hilton Honors members which I am. I stayed at this hotel for three nights while the family went to Disneyland. The first negative giveaway was all of the transients/homeless that were in the neighborhood. This let me know that the hotel was not in a very good area. The second negative giveaway was the parking, which there was not enough parking and for two nights we were not able to park at the property and we had to park across the street at another property. When I checked in, I verified with the front desk that we had a party of four staying there and they confirmed. But once we got to our room, there were only two sets of towels. I called down to the front desk to let them know and to ask why we would only have two sets of towels with four people, and she said the room does not dictate how many towels you get but she would bring some towels up. After waiting almost an hour I ended up walking down to the front desk myself and getting two extra sets of towels. The room was pretty decent, but the air conditioning was rigged up so you could not turn it down past 75 degrees. So we had a few sweaty nights with the room, getting warm and of course, with four bodies in the room that can make it a bit warm as well. I would definitely check those two brown tables and counters because we did have to wipe them down with our own Clorox wipes because there were leftover sticky stains on the tables. Once we wipe them down, they were clean. Please note they do not have room service every day only every other day so our second day there I did have to take out our trash and put our used towels outside the door for housekeeping to pick up. Our second day there I had to request towels again, when we came back from our Disneyland trip that night the front desk said they would bring them up to us but never did. I was too tired to call back down so in the morning they brought them up to us. The crazy thing is once we got the towels that morning 15 minutes later housekeeping comes to clean the room, but we were all trying to take showers since we didn’t have towels that night and we’re waiting for the towels to come that morning. So once we finished and was leaving, I asked the front desk if they can send housekeeping back to clean, but they said no because they had already come to our room and the hotel was overbooked and they would not be able to come back and they apologize. I told the front desk it should not be our fault that they brought the towels and came to clean around the same time. Apparently that did not matter. I would give this hotel zero stars, but I will give it one star because it did have a pretty decent breakfast. Otherwise, this hotel definitely needs some work and certain areas.

The weekend before, we had a bad experience at a different chain hotel in a different state that left us wondering how they were still in business. The Hampton Inn more than made up for it with great service & a great continental breakfast, which we don't usually partake in as it's always mediocre. We had it both mornings we were there, so that should say something! Lol!

You get what you pay for! I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. The parking situation is abysmal; the lot is too small, and guests are compelled to park off-site in potentially unsafe conditions. 3x on my way back to the hotel at night, I was approached by different individuals, which made me feel uneasy. Our room was disappointingly dirty, with grime that seemed untouched by cleaning efforts (it was immediately resolved when I brought it up to reception). While the reception staff were pleasant, the sudden water shutdown without prior notice was inconvenient and frustrating. Proceed with caution if considering a stay here.

The whole place needs to be updated. It shows its wear and almost feels dirty even though it was not. I also do not like the location of the fitness center. It is like you are on display for the whole place, so I did not utilize it because of that.
