“Overall, a pretty good store. A really big (square footage) store. Reasonable prices if you wait and keep an eye out for their sales. For as large as the store is, it seems like the selection on firearms is a little small in this store. I haven't been to the other ones yet. But at Turners Outdoorsman (T/O) in Orange, even though the store size is less than half of this store, I feel like you actually have a better and more varied selection of firearms at T/O. Be sure to sign up for their internet ads to get the best sale prices available from Ammo Bros.. Be aware that some of their sales are on-line only and they will not honor the price as a walk-in to the store on the same items. I learned this the hard way. But if you put in, and pay for, an on-line order, it takes about a week. They will send you an email when your stuff is there, and you can go get it. Please bring your order number with you, they can't search by name. The people are kind of hit-or-miss. Some of them are really nice and engaging, others don't seem to care if you are there or not. Also, sometimes the answers to questions will be different depending on who you ask. But I do shop there and enjoy it. But due to the inventory, pricing differences and some of the people's attitudes, can't give them a 5-star rating. Well worth a stop if you are in the area to see what they have. I hope that this review is helpful to someone.”

“I went in today for my first time ever at a shooting range and was helped by Bryce. He was very helpful with walking me through the proper etiquette of brining my gun and ammo into the facility and how to use the range once I’m inside. When I got to my lane and started shooting I noticed I was hitting low and to the right. I asked the range instructor Tom if he could tell me what I was doing wrong and he gladly came over to help me and gave me a lot of really good tips and answered all my follow up questions until my low-right issue was fixed. Overall it was a really fun experience and I’ll be one of their new regulars thanks to the great staff.”

Kevin got back to me same day, give me some idea, and then I find a solution but was concern if he will work or damage my pistol. “My go to local firearm store. Every team member is extremely friendly and are willing to talk to you and answer any questions you may have. Pricing seems reasonable and selection of parts/ pistols is ok. They can order parts that they don't have in storm but you will have to pay upfront. The receipts crack me up with the random memes that they have on there. Only reason I give it 4 stars is that if you come at the wrong time you could be waiting for awhile. Last two times I was there I had to hand around for 30 minutes since it was busy with only 2 employees. It is a small shop though so it is understandable. I will still be coming here for all my local firearm needs.”

“The service at AFAB is great. The owner Dave and his wife are fantastic to deal with. Joey is super knowledgeable about the products, and happy to take time to answer all your questions. One of the great things about this shop is the accessibility, and the approach to display everything out in the open. I've been to several other shops in OC that run more like a jeweler, keeping the selection under lock and key and only pulling one or two items out at a time for you to handle. This is the only way to run a shop. I will no doubt be back in the future.”

“I've had no issues at all at this location. I've only dealt with the two main employees the woman and the man that I believe are married in their early 50's. They always have been nice to me, are FULLY versed in gun-laws (I saw a review on here that makes no sense based off my experience), and are pretty fair on prices. They don't bend much on the prices, like most pawn shops, but they aren't super outgoing friendly like some people may like, however they're nice enough and are serious as they should be. They remind me of people from the mid-west, people from California are d-bags and they aren't ones to talk about people being friendly or nice. But yeah, ignore the negative reviews, just because they're not trying to go over the moon with customer service doesn't mean they deserve a bad review.”
