Visited the location on April 15, 2022 for what we thought would be brake pads. Upon inspection, we learned that one of the front rotors was badly damaged, apparently due to previous car owner using the wrong size pads. Just want to let people know this Gordo is awesome, HONEST (they showed us exactly what the issue was and made sure all other brakes were ok), and discussed exact cost. The manager was courteous and professional. Our experience was excellent.

Don't listen to the whiners. They should go to a nice clean dealership and get screwed. Gordo has saved me literally THOUSANDS of dollars. Today I go in expecting a serious repair which he could have easily charged me for, but Renee tells me it's covered under a recall warranty. My car has 85,000 miles. Never would have known. Not a penny out of pocket. Had a quote from another mechanic for braking issue of $650 and he fixed it in 10 minutes and charged me $30. Another time he quoted me $110 and ended up saying, $90. This is where you save money not sit in a beautiful waiting room listening to elevator music sipping coffee and reading magazines. It looks like a bomb went off there, but I don't care about aesthetics, I want it fixed right and to save money. Been going here for about 10 years!

Roger and his father are the best. I first had my brakes done, good job, reasonable price. Next I showed Roger that my car had been keyed across the back panel of my 2012 Yukon. On top of that I had damaged my drivers door rear view mirror, It was broken and needed to be replaced and painted to match. The job was done beautifully, the car was washed and clean when I picked it up. The price was reasonable, I knew the cost of the mirror ahead of time so was pleased with the good work and the price.
