I would not put my family in this center (Reimagine). The staff is not helpful at all. The one on one's are looked over. Academic's consist of looking at a Disney movie or dancing. As a one on one, I made sure I did Academics with my client. Music consist of tge one on one doibf karaoke, the clients do not learn an Instrument. The instrument's class is just for show. As for the pe class, all we did was war YouTube, there was no exercise for our clients. My client is very smart, can ready, do math and more. As a BI and Teacher working Autism children and adults, the client are not receiving the life skills needed to be successful as a learn different person. It's really sad. Please do not put your family in this center. The staff is really young and does not speak with any of the health aids. Vanessa was very helpful. Mark act like he didn't hear nobody when you called them. It's like they can't see you, they will not look you in your eyes. Someone really needs to Evaluate this center and put the clients in the need classes, which the staff that cares and will do hands on learning and pe.

I have so much to say about this place. I really thought they were going to be very professional since they work with disabled adults but I was so wrong. First of all SOME of the coaches speak to the participants so rude and disrespectful second they are far from being organized, professional and have no communication. Third, they have favorites (employees) they make you feel less than others no matter how great of an employee you are, if someone has been their longer than you and you work just as great they’ll chose the other person over you(even after they tell you that it doesn’t matter how little or long you’ve been their, you can move up), they make you feel belittled. Some employees don’t even do the work they’re supposed to be doing, seems like they just go to gossip. Some lead coaches get paid $1 more just to walk around and chat! Employees need to get it together or find another job bcuz they are there for the participants!!! I honestly wouldn’t trust this place. I had a great time working here, I loved seeing the participants and making them feel loved.I made so many participants feel comfortable and happy, I was there for them but unfortunately I just couldn’t stay longer. This place needs a better manager and supervisor!

This place is an Adult Program. The reason that we visited this place is because my brother that is Down Syndrome will be attending the program pretty soon. My family & I we really liked what they have to offer for my brother's needs. My brother is really looking forward to attend the program.

Affordable and great gym if you don't mind not having a pool, sauna, or steam room. But they do have massage chairs and beds

I am not a fan of high end athletic clubs while traveling. Overpriced and you get what you give. Working out is a function of hard work, discipline and proper diet. It is not a social function though many are there for that. Having said that it should be convenient to workout. Not a hassle. I have been to many Equinox facilities around the country, and have found the same. It's up to the particular individual to find what works for them.
