I purchased a GNC-recommended product to lower my high blood sugar and am dissatisfied with it. I called today and spoke with a female representative here at this GNC location about returning this new product. She was very unprofessional and refused to honor the GNC terms and conditions on a return.

Today's review is a reflection on my first time entering and shopping at a GNC location. As soon as I walk in the door, I get a kind and welcome from the cashier. She then proceeds to ask me questions if there's anything particular I wanted and that was amazing. I proceeded to tell I'm looking for a weight loss products which she then guided me to a weight loss protein that can help in weight loss reduction and she even described the benefit of the product itself. Thank you. Only reason btw I gave it a 4 star was due to the lack of weight loss products available. Overall great experience.

Friendly people and lots of supplements. We came specifically looking for colostrum, but they don't carry it.

1 star just because today is Sunday, 8/25 and it's 6:30 PM and they are closed!!!!! Their "open sign" is still on but the lights are off. They need to update their times on their sign and on yelp! Save ppl their time and gas!
