I don't know where to start off this review except by saying I hope this serves as a warning for any woman considering any service here. The first picture is a before of my hair and this choppy unblended mess is my hair now. I went in for a simple trim and ended up spiraling at the disaster I ended up leaving with. I left the salon in tears I truly regret paying the stylist. This is a nightmare come true for me. I had minimal damage and length to pare but now I'm left with un even short hair. If you're considering coming here expect to need therapy after.

Horrible service, they didn't serve me because I stood up and left since they were still serving men who arrived later and I was sitting there waiting and I even asked if the guys who were arriving had an appointment since they were passed first and the girl told me no. They immediately attended to me, something that did not happen, causing my greatest discomfort. I left the place without being attended to. I will NEVER return.

When I first went there I got attended by someone who knew how to do layers and cut my hair nicely. The stylist even explained how it would turn out and took her time on my hair. A week later I decided I wanted my hair to be shorter so I went back but this time I had another lady attend me. When she started cutting my hair she didn't face me to the mirror and didn't section or wet my hair like most stylist do. Since she didn't face me towards the mirror, I couldn't see what she was doing and after my hair cut she made my layers shorter and blunt. On my left side of my hair she cut a whole chunk off and it is now shorter than the rest of my hair. Once I got home I was able to see how badly she cut it. It seemed like the lady was in a rush to cut my hair and overall Im upset with the hair cut.

This place is great I've been cutting my hair with then for over 15 years... great fast barbers . Everyone does a great job my favorite person to cut my hair is Mariela she is fast, precise, and gentle wen it comes to the little ones. I really recommend her. Its always busy and the wait is long wen its the weekend. They are going to do appointments ONLY Thursdays and Fridays from now on because it gets so packed. It is only $5 more but it's definitely worth every penny
