absolutely horrible insurance was calling for a hour due to a popped tire and nobody picks up the phone then the automated voice message continues to say there not in operating hours then hangs up, which makes no sense like are we supposed to get in a accident or have car trouble during your 9-5 curfew absolutely ridiculous to make matters worse it was 11pm cancel now and change your insurance better pay more money then having no back up when you need assistance!

Fredy loya agents are very slick; i was tricked into a plan that would supposedly save me money; it did save me money for like three months!! But then every 6 months your policy is like renew; and i end up paying 30 dollars more! All because i was adviced by an agent to make a change in order to pay less! I was never told that when they 6 months was over my insurance would go up! In addition, they take forever to send the checks when you are involve in an accident! And their agents never answer the phone when calling about the status of your collision claim! Fred loya is the worse insurance you can get! I recomend looking elsewhere!!!

This is probably the shadiest business I've ever seen. They have no moral standards and cares about nothing of their customers. They can all go to hell for working there.

Don't do it! Probably the worse experience i have ever encountered with any business. Please be aware, whatever premium you pay will NOT cover your accident. Very bad business.

If Only I could I'd give them a big fat double zero no star!!! I've had only bad experiences with FRED LOYAS INSURANCE. Their customer service is horrible starting from the moment you call you greeted by individuals whom can just speak English and have NO proper etiquette. I have had to reinstate my policy 3 times due to the miscommunication I have been given by Incompetent employees. Thankfully I have yet to have dealt with a collision, I can imagine what a mess I would endure with these uneducated individuals...

Disclaimer: This review is for Fred Loya Insurance as a company, not this location. As soon as I got hit by someone who was quite obviously low income and/or had a poor driving record to even carry insurance by some random a-- company like "Fred Loya Insurance," I knew I was in trouble. They are CLEARLY catering to a *very specific* sort of clientele which I think we all know is quite obvious here. Fred Loya Insurance didn't disappoint in this regard. From the moment this company's client hit me to the moment I finally gave up on them and filed a claim with my own insurance company, Fred Loya Insurance proved to be an absolutely horridly run business with even worse customer service/claims handlers and adjustors. Maybe their rock bottom prices are good for their clients, but they sure as hell are TERRIBLE for anyone else on the road who has the utter misfortune of having to deal with them because of their awful, high risk clients they attract. Awful, awful company that shouldn't even be allowed to stay in business in America. I expect the antics, delay tactics, robotic claims handlers (& their even more robotic, unfriendly, & uncaring supervisors), and denials that this company employs to exist in 3rd world countries, not in a developed country of laws and regulations. I don't know how this company manages to skate by. They are a complete scam. Please pray to whatever god you believe in that you never have to deal with this horse manure company or its imbecilic employees & clients.

I went to a FL by 1st and Flower St. The representatives were really nice and helpful. When you sign the papers they read the papers that you sign except for one-the auto pay document. They b******* you about how much you're going to pay and if you don't pay you'll have 10 days before getting charged a late fee, but what's it worth if you're enrolling in AutoPay. I specifically told them I didn't want to be enrolled but they didn't listen. I wanted to change the car on the insurance and they would charge me $20 for changing the car. When the automatic payment processed I called them and told them I DID NOT want it automatic and I would like it reversed since I had something important to pay. They disregarded me with "oh, well it's already been processed" so I told them I wanted to cancel. After putting me on hold they said they were going to charge me he $50 cancellation fee. So I told them that I got automatically charged without my consent, I can't recover my lost funds and now I have to pay to cancel. The rep didn't care and just hung up on me. I had to put a stop payment. If you get this insurance, READ, ask QUESTIONS, and make sure that you are not automatically enrolled in Automatic Payments if you don't want to enroll.

Thankfully we filed a police report when a driver insured with Fred Loya hit our truck and left early this year. After we received the police report back and the police found the man who hit our truck, we filed a claim with Fred Loya who told us to bring the truck in to appraise the damage. After appraisal, they offered $330 to fix only a scratch on our bumper and left the other damage that was pointed out to them during the appraisal and on the police report. We told them this and they blamed me for not knowing my rights and taking it to an auto body to get a quote. It is 3 weeks later and our truck still isn't fixed and we are still battling with them. They came out to auto body and added a supplement for additional work that needs to be fixed and gave us a rental car but they tried to say no damage to our mirror and shirk paying for that. Now they have to go back to auto body again and called us this morning saying that we need to return the rental car as we have had it for 2 weeks. We will not be returning the rental car until they pay to fix the damage to our truck which they could have done 2 weeks ago. We have told them repeatedly that we want all communication by email but they insist on calling us. They tried to take my statement multiple times but I told them I had already given them a statement 2x the 3rd time they called and said they needed a statement. They employ very dishonest tactics to avoid paying for the high risk drivers they insure and should be avoided at all costs.

This review is not specific on the location but the Claims Department of Fred Loya. I had coverage for car rental. I got into an accident of no fault of mine. Enterprise charged close to $812.55 for one month use since my car was in the shop for a month. I presented invoice to Fred Loya and they only paid $250.00
