First of all, do not let the location of this amazing place fool you. Everyone there greeted and welcomed me in such manners and answered every question I had. Mary broke down the answers for me so I can leave knowing what policy I was getting before walking out the door. Excited for what will come and I feel like I’m in better hands compared to other companies. Besides that, it’s right across the DMV so if you need Insurance after registration, this place is where you need to be.

The staff is professional and lovely as ever. An always answers my questions.. Always on point. They always go out of there way to remind me when it's time to go in for a payment. Very convenient location,Across the street from the Santa Ana DMV office on 1st and Grand. Check'em out for car insurance needs.

We move, and all offices are far away from me for change my address i have to go in person to the office and they still sending my insurance to my old address!!! and they don't want accept pays with other credit or debit card with other name on it like my fiance or husband card this suck.

THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE SO GET THIS PEOPLE SO I USED TO GET MY PAYMENT DIRECT DEBITED FROM MY BANK ACCT I NEEDED TO STOP IT DUE TO MY PAYDATES AT WORK CHANGING SO THE INCOMPETENT PERSON OVER THE PHONE FAILED TO PROVIDE ME INFORMATION ON THEIR COMPANY POLICY'S STATING THAT I HAD TO LET THEM KNOW 10 DAYS PRIOR TO MY PAYMENT ABOUT STOPPING THE DIRECT DEBIT TO STOP THEM FROM DRAFTING THE PAYMENT THESE WERE HER EXACT WORDS TO ME "IM SORRY MA'AM I CANT HELP YOU OVER THE PHONE YOU NEED TO GO IN PERSON TO ONE OF OUR OFFICES AND SIGN A PAPER TO DO THAT" SO I WENT INTO A OFFICE AND EVEN THE GIRL WHO HELPED ME DIDN'T EVEN MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THE 10 DAY POLICY EITHER! SHE JUST PRINTED THE PAPER AND HAD ME INITIAL IT AND SIGN IT AND I LEFT. SO NOW THEY NOT ONLY DRAFTED THE PAYMENT BUT MY ACCT IS -$115 DOLLARS! AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I CANT GET A REFUND BACK AND THAT THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS FOR ME TO FILE A COMPLAINT ON THE INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE WHO ASSISTED ME! NO I WANT MY MONEY BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY ACCT! I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO YOU GUYS EVER!

Fredy loya agents are very slick; i was tricked into a plan that would supposedly save me money; it did save me money for like three months!! But then every 6 months your policy is like renew; and i end up paying 30 dollars more! All because i was adviced by an agent to make a change in order to pay less! I was never told that when they 6 months was over my insurance would go up! In addition, they take forever to send the checks when you are involve in an accident! And their agents never answer the phone when calling about the status of your collision claim! Fred loya is the worse insurance you can get! I recomend looking elsewhere!!!
