I only ordered this phone for a family member through a family member that sells the service to support their business. A a business owner myself, it's sad to say that the erosion of maintaining contractual agreements no longer exist. Flash mobile does not honor it's shipping agreement with their phones. Needless to say I won't be referring anyone to flash mobile.
