Could cry how upset I am. I have been coming to Phil for weeks now. Love his work.
I came in for my appointment scheduled with Phil and he redirected me to another nail tech. I should’ve said no in that moment.
I am not happy at all with my nails. I am so sad. I didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings but the fact that I called Phil back and informed him how I felt and he told me to go back and the girl who did them can fix them, after I requested he shape and repaint them for me as he should’ve originally done ??
Lost me as a client to have not fixed the situation. I was a returning client too.

I’m not the one to write reviews but with my experience at this place I have to say something. First I waited 30 minutes when I had an appointment booked with Phil. Then I didn’t even get Phil as my nail tech I got someone else and it took 2 hours and 15 min for a simple French tip acrylic nail. I was also cut. And when I asked for a discount at the end of my session all Phil had to say was no and that no means no. Don’t ever come here

Horrible service because I got foot fungus here. They need to do better and clean their supplies. The other person who went to the pedicure with me also walked out with FUNGUS!! It was not just bad luck. Also they didn’t do a good job of removing callus. Will never be back
Cleanliness: They do not clean their supplies. Both my partner and I got foot fungus from here. It’s gross ?

I went in just 1 week ago from today. I had a dental appointment next door and had extra time to kill so I came in to the nail salon. I got a basic gel manicure it was ok nothing special about it but just fine. A week later(today) my gel polish is off already. They started peeling a few days ago. And finally today they started chipping. I hate having my nails all chipped off so I decided to try to peel the rest off. It was so easy to remove. I hate when the nails you pay for don't last. And I know I know I peeled them off, but isn't gel suppose to stay longer? I get gel polish often and they always last longer and are hard to peel off. Well not these. Disappointing.

Jessica is my girl!!! I've been getting my nails done by Jessica for almost 2 years now and she amazes me every time! I can show her any inspo and she will recreate it exactly like the picture. Whenever I have trouble coming up with ideas she's always willing to help me out. I appreciate her so much! It is best to make appointments online through their IG account as well. Come to finest nails you won't regret it!

I absolutely love coming to this salon. I found Jessica on Instagram when my old nail tech didn't come back to my local salon after Covid. It was a blessing in disguise. Jessica can replicate any nail inspo I give her & can even come up with designs when I'm being indecisive and I have no idea what I want. Jessica and the employees always are upbeat & have a great energy. I really enjoy spending time here. For example, they gave out little goody bags to all their clients after getting their nails done during the holiday season which consisted of some candy, hand soap, & a cuticle oil pen. Also, they gave their salon a face lift & take pride in decorating to make the salon inviting & welcoming. I have recommended Finest Nails & Spa to all my family that are local. They gave this salon a chance & now don't go anywhere else.

I would never go to this over priced place again! I paid 60 dollars for a dip polish manicure. Which was done on my own short natural nails.

Loved my nails but the service was okay! The person who did my pedicure was really sweet and nice. I really liked how she did my nails. However, the girl that did my manicure was really rude. She barely talked or said a word to me and when she did it felt like she had an attitude or wasn't happy

They did a horrible job. I got powder on my nails the nail tech left them extremely lumpy, shaped my nail weird to the point my fingers look crooked. When I asked if she was going to fix them she made a rude remark. After asking her to fix my nails 3 different times they still don’t look a bit presentable. They are very rude… I went there bc the review pictures were good but when I got there and the guy started working on my nails it was crazy how rude he was being . Anyways, not a good place.

Phil and Jessica slayed my nails, they lasted for about four weeks without a break or chip I was surprised! Loved how Phil pays attention to detail I will be back! Appointments fill up fast!
