A bit confusing on where to park (Entrance is in back of the store), but otherwise wonderful customer service and couldn't have been easier for someone who is not a professional. I called their line and explained what I needed, the agent on the phone gave me an order number and when I got to the store all my items were ready to be picked up!

Have several serious plumbing issues that I knew had to be dealt with right away and I suspected were going to get quite costly fast, so I investigated what was needed to insure that the plumber who was to come out to my home the next day would have everything there and be ready to take care of the many various issues. I got there just a wee bit before closing time as I was in a state of panic after making a wrong turn onto Edinger and found myself in grid-lock late Friday traffic that wasn't going to allow me to arrive much more than a minute or two before closing time at 5pm! But I must give praise to the several awesome employees of Ferguson Plumbing Supplies as all three made an exception by helping me out as much as possible! 1) The man in the Ferguson Plumbing office who took the time to come to the door and direct me to the actual area I needed to enter to purchase the parts required. 2) The young man at the gate who took acceptation and let me enter after I pleaded that I had just drove for 1 hour in heavy traffic and needed to have the part ready for my plumber the next day. 3) Jesse behind the counter who took all of a second to figure out the exact and correct part I needed and did so while being extremely kind, informative and reassuring! I will return for my many other plumbing needs! Thank you so much for your kind assistance! Everyone of you are AWESOME!

Called Monday to make an inquiry and was told I would get a call back by Tuesday. It's now the end of day Wednesday. Apparantly they no longer want new business. I've also been waiting for a call back from the Orange Branch on an unrelated item. Is it really so hard to communicate?
