I’m still wondering what happened to my package. I dropped off yesterday and I checked my tracking# still hasn’t been scanned. It’s almost end of the day again and idk what happened to it. I have proof of receipt and will file a claim and complain about employee stealing packages if this doesn’t get resolve.

Elyse was fantastic in helping me. I have done this type of printing before and she was very professional and helpful with a great attitude. Nice to see some sales reps still treat customers great,and I mean that applies to all types of businesses.

I've been here multiple times. For many reasons. Paid for the most expensive shipping and they didn't meet the date. Even went there to make a copy of a picture and to ship it. Couldn't even do that. Even tried to buy the pre-paid shipping so I can make a copy somewhere else, the don't offer that at all. The people are great and they tried to do anything to help, but the business model is trash.

The place is understaffed and a couple of people who are there either. Ignore you or are super rude when they have no other choice but to acknowledge that you're in the store need help.

Brandon was so extremely rude. I come here a lot because i live close by and i don't think i've had a good experience with him ever but today he was especially so rude. I literally felt like he was making me feel d*** on purpose i've never had an employee treat me that way ever.

By far, this is my preferred FedEx location within a 10-mile radius. The store manager, Andrew, was very helpful and patient in assisting me with my inexperience with computers, copying and printing in bulk, and even large plans.

If I could select zero stars I would. Let me begin by saying that Tracy should be talked to by her manager. I received rugs in the mail and did not like them so I decided to return them. I returned them in the same condition they were brought but Tracy claims that I cannot return them they way they were received. She said I would have to put them in a box, which would cost nearly a $100. I agreed since I have lugged a 200lbs rug inside the store. After looking at my rugs, she claims that the rug is an inch too wide to fit into their box. After hearing this, I decided to get my money back for the box and leave with my rugs. This is where Tracy went out of line. She takes her name tag off while giving us the refund, likely fearing us writing a review, despite already seeing her name prior. Hopefully her manager, Andrew, sees this and takes some sort of action. It is wrong to do so and should not bd tolerated in a workplace. I understand that my rugs would not fit in the box but at the same time we received them from FedEx without boxes. Hopefully this reaches Andrew (he was in a meeting according to Tracy - 1/3/22- 3:30pm)

Walked in 10 minutes before closing. Waiting in line for a few minutes, I Noticed Brandon in the back. He stopped what he was doing to help me. He was very polite and helpful. My package was an odd size and I will admit I doubted it would make the trip in one piece. He had the box I needed to ensure parts arrived safely.
