Been coming here for a few years until today. The lady basically scolded me for not picking up my items for about two weeks. I was out of the country but I didn't need to explain my personal business to her. While I was filling out the form to leave three shirts after the episode, I changed my mind and asked for my items back. She basically threw me my items on the counter after I told her. I didn't order attitude but it was on the house that day. Place isn't well kept either. Wouldn't doubt there's mice running around in there. If you need dry cleaning your best bet is going somewhere else.

If I could give a zero to this place I totally would. I dropped off 3 dresses that needed to be cut. I went to pick them up and to my surprise they didn't cut them, Oh but they are pretty good at charging. I paid $32 for 3 things that they didn't do ANYTHING. They didn't have to be cleaned because they were brand new with tags. I live in Anaheim, the only reason I dropped them off there is because I work around the area. When I got home I tried on the dresses and to my surprise they weren't cut, I was not going to waste my time and gas to go back and tell them the crappy job they did. Lesson learned will never go back there. I don't recommend this place to nobody. Check your clothes before you walk out of there to make sure you got what you paid for. Rip offs....

I have called many times and the woman has only answered. She was EXTREMELY rude when I asked for prices and refused to give me an answer. Since it is one block from my home and I am handicap, I have only used them. They do not provide overnight service without giving you a hard time and pay a higher price. VERY POOR SERVICE!!

Sorry for the long post.
Negative score, if I could. The lady was very rude. I use to come to this place 8 years ago and the service was great. 8 years ago they really care and did a good job. Now that I have moved back to the area I thought I would try this place again, but its just not the same. I think they might have change ownership.
I came to pick up my jackets today. The jacket look worst. They mark a spot on the elbow for cleaning last week. And promise it would be clean. A week later I came to pick it up. It still not clean. On top of that there is yellow burn mark by the zipper. The worst part is that she demanded me to pay for it. And when I point to the spot she SLAPPED my hand. What am I two. She said that if I don’t pay she not going to give me my stuff. I told I was not going to pay because she didn’t clean it and got a burn mark on it. I asked her if she can’t clean it why didn’t she just give me call and said that she can’t do the job. She reply that she was to busy and don’t have time to call people.
She finally give me my jacket because another customer was about to drop off her stuff.
Never again coming here. Any suggestions for a new dry cleaning location?
