Pam is about her business. I switched from a Roland to a new Mimaki jv100-160 and Grimco took ten days for me to receive my ink. Then I called a local spot for three days and had to leave messages. It seems In the printing business nobody likes good services. PAM called and I thought it was spam so I declined. Pam didn’t give up and text me in which is how we communicate now days. It’s not 1999. I had to pay more for shipping but who cares when I’ll get my ink in two days not ten. Brenda accounts receivable responded quickly as well. This is how you do business. Thank you

This company is so bad that they care about the money and not care about my machine they have opened my machine and left it like this? They are very unprofessional and Billy is using foul on their customer. Mimaki is making good machine but they handed to a bunches greedy dealers, this is cautious when you buy the machine try to avoid these dealers? If you can get the machine service directly from the manufacturer is the best.
