The Santa Ana location and Lucy the manager has been very professional and accommodating for my last scheduled appointment. Thank you , they deserve a 5 star rating. The Fullerton location, is not friendly nor accommodating rude and unprofessional.

I was traveling from SD CA.. they sendme several texts prior my visit. asking for Confirming my appointment.. well. Surprise. They were close. Nobody was there...I wait 90 minutes outside ( because it was too fare away)The technical was adorable. Not her fault

My experience was great! Very efficient , the medical staff was great very helpful and friendly. Very clean! My schedule was on time, and the instructions was understandable. My location was in San Gabriel Valley Medical !

Unfortunately very bad experience. No professionalism. They don’t follow the appointments and no any updates regarding the appointments. When I reach the place they said my appointment is canceled. 10 days before I made the appointment after the resec confirmation I received. According to the confirmation I’ll reach the place then they said the appointment is canceled. So I lost my one day off and my payment, my time. I can’t say it’s like a crazy schedule management.

Beautiful center, great experience. I needed an MRI on my knee and my doctor sent me to Expert MRI in Costa Mesa. They took my insurance and the center is beautiful! Staff was really nice especially Craig the tech. Definitely recommended if you need an MRI.
