Jaime, Angie, and Chris were all great throughout the wedding planning process. Jaime is very creative and once you give him an idea and let him know what you want, he makes sure to deliver. I asked for last minute details, like helping set up the welcome table and they made it happen. My bouquet and the bouquet for the Virgin Mary were stunning, they used beautiful flowers and gave me exactly what I wanted for my bouquet. Overall, my husband and I were very happy. Thanks Jaime and team for making our wedding come to life with your beautiful decor and flowers!

These people are all talk, NO SHOW!The day of my wedding, they gave me a whole different color palette of florals that I didn’t ask for and they didn’t match! I was so horrified because we had spent another 2,300 on top of the floral fee we already had to get exactly what we wanted. When I reached out after my wedding to ask what happened, they said their florist made the decision to just do my florals in that way. NO SORRY, NO NOTHING! After, I asked if I would be reimbursed some money for getting my florals totally wrong and Chris offered me 250 credit for holiday florals??? That’s not what I needed or wanted and why would I trust them again with floral orders? They were totally nonchalant about the whole thing and did not care to even offer a sincere apology. Before the wedding my husband and I went in for consultations 3 times and Milan and Chris promised that our florals would be exactly what we wanted. This was definitely not the case. I would definitely look at other florists if you are having a wedding because in the end, they will not perform. STAY AWAY!

I can not thank you enough for all the hard work and dedication you put into making Skottie and Auston's wedding day a magical experience for all who attended .. I was completely left breathless with the underwater effects that you built for them .. it was above all I ever imagined .. the mechanical flowers were STUNNING?.. I was in awe of all the center pieces on each table .. all the extravagant large pieces really made the room feel like a fairytale .. the fragrance of the live unique flowers ? made the room smell like a garden .. every table transformed each guest into that Disney theme movie ?? and their childhood memories .. we started out alittle bumpy but finished like champions.. I'm COMPLETELY satisfied with your vision and so thankful we chose you for Skottie and Auston's wedding decorators ..Sincerely grateful ..

The service was terrible! To begin with, it was not easy to find. The place was dirty, trash overflowing. When I asked to show me samples of the work the do, they directed me to Instagram or Facebook. What you got to see in the store was nothing at all what I was looking for. Their quote was expensive!!!!

My wife and I were told to get our flowers here for our wedding day by our venue. Initially, these guys were cool and told us everything we wanted to hear. My wife and I spent a lot of time internally trying to identify what our flowers should look like. We had a vision that we hoped this company could've captured. We drove 45 minutes to this location twice and spent hours showing them our vision in terms of color and details for our flowers and centerpieces. Milan and Chris seemed to have understood what we wanted and gave us a demo of what it was going to look like. We liked it and photos were taken of that demo so that on the day of the wedding, their team knew exactly what to put together.Well, all that was a complete waste of time because on the day of the wedding, our flowers were completely wrong in terms of color and minor enhancements we wanted and paid extra for. It really put a thorn on our wedding day and looking back at our photos now, it's even more irritating. We were told that "an executive decision" was made on our flowers on the day of our wedding. Not even sure what that means. I'm not sure who's calling the shots here. We spent hours coming up with a vision that the team agreed to only for someone else we have never met to make the decision on color and enhancements for our flower for absolutely no reason. They did not capture our vision and completely failed as a service. It just seems like they tell you what you want to hear but this team will not perform when it matters. We spent over $1800 with them. All we got as compensation for their huge mistake was $150 and I don't even think we got a sorry from the owner. It was a complete waste of time working with them and I regret it fully. Stay away if you want someone to perform when it matters.

I found Events By Milan through my venue and I have no regrets. Jaime and Angie were very welcoming and have amazing customer service. Jaime really wants to keep you within your budget and will discuss options on how to get what you want. They handled all my rentals, florals, and coordination. My wedding décor set-up turned out better than I imaged. The only last minute change that I was unaware of was Jaime and Angie were supposed to be my coordinators, but someone else had to step-in for Angie. Other than that, Jaime ran everything smoothly. Thank you!

We had selected Events by Milan for our wedding. They had done the window and ceiling draping in our venue. Their work was very beautiful, but very expensive.

I had high hopes of being satisfied based on IG, and unfortunately I should have know better based in the communication throughout my wedding process. From the start I made it clear of what I wanted in my centerpieces and paid for what I wanted. I was truly more invested into the planning than the business which shouldn't be the case given this is one of the most important events in our life. Aside from poor communication- at the end of the day I didn't get what I wanted. And when I expressed that the business attempted to fault me for "changes" made- which is not the case, simply specified I wanted no eucalyptus. I am sharing what I ask for, what was created and what was delivered. Overall the product is not consistent. As well several of the roses I was Provided with (that I didn't ask for) were not bloomed. I totally understand the current climate we are in but I had a secondary florist provide cocktail flowers and had no issue.

When it comes to decor,Many companies talk a good game, but Angieand Jaime make it happen. Not only do they deliver what is promised but over exceed all expectations. I highly recommend Events by Milan. They are very professional, with no gimmicks. Thank you guys for all your attention and hard work!!
