We rented a car for 8 days and there was a lady unfortunately, don’t know her name but, she was extremely professional and polite during the process. If you think about renting a car I’d highly recommend this location. You won’t see any hidden fees or other things that normally other places would do to rip you off. Literally, the best customer service I’ve seen in my entire life. Thank you for your all hard work!

5 Star operation across the board. Had to rent cars from Enterprise on many occasions from various locations over the yeras. The customer service and follow up was consistently top notch at each! The service reps were always nice, professional, and really seemed like they really cared about the customers! So then Enterprise, y'all obviously doing something right. As one saying goes, "No matter how good you are, there is always room for improvement". I do agree with that, however, I like the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it!!!" way better! So then again Enterprise, you have set a very high standard. I'm vouching for you based off of my personal experiences with your company. Don't you dare fall off and make a liar out of me! Peace!

I reserved a luxury SUV on their website, which shows a BMW X5, a Land Rover or something similar.I showed up and all they have is a beat up Audi Q7 or a Maserati SUV.However the Maserati had a check engine light, so I ended with the Q7. This car is a 2021 model with almost 50,000 miles on it.The person who helped me (I think her name was Marlyn or Marlina) said she will request a different car and call me back; I Didn’t hear from her for 3 days.I called again, this time another person answered and apologized and promised to find a different car for me and call me back, Again he didn’t.I contacted the branch manager, John (Who texted me his contact info on the day I picked up the Audi). I didn’t hear back from him.After a week of waiting they finally found me a different car that I can pick up. I ended up keeping the Q7 since it was too much of a hassle and my car was almost ready at the body shop.The rate for the beat up Q7 was $75/day; for a 3 years old vehicle that had 47,000 miles & few damage on the rear side.

The experience of renting a vehicle was a bit of a hastle. At first i got a vehicle that was really dirty and smelled like a construction site. I did a Karen and got a different vehicle that was so much more sanitary. When it came time to return the vehicle after about 32 days. I was honestly 1000% satisfied. The manager/supervisor Hiro/Jiro personally made it his goal to make sure that i was completely satisfied with my rental at the end. He might have just earned Enterprise a returning customer. Definitely would recommend this place for a rental.

I was in an accident and geico gave me a reservation code for a rental car. I called Enterprise at SNA Airport (John Wayne) and the customer service rep over the phone told me to go there to pick up my rental car since they were the only location open on a Sunday In the middle of Hurricane Hillary in the puring rain I got a ride to the Airport and Enterprise sales reps dwnied me service because it was a geico corporate account and I was left in the pouring rain with no transportation. It was the worst customer service. What was even worse is they tried to get me to pay for a rental on my own even though the person who hit me was using their insurance to pay for my car and I wouldn't be reimbursed. What a bunch of scam artists. #boycottenterprise

Marlina provided superb customer service in regards to issues we had during our rental. She gets the 5 star rating for assistance before, during and after the rental. Enterprise company however needs to better handle renting electric vehicles to customers. Can't compete with Hertz with having no ability to supercharge vehicle when renting is a huge flaw and unreasonable in these times. Caused hours of extra time to replace car with a gas vehicle and very inconvenient. Also staff at pick up location is not informed or trained about these issues and made me wait 50 minutes to pick up my vehicle and caused me to miss a business meeting. The only positive is the care and communication from Marlina.

Had to rent a car for my daughter while her car was being repaired at a nearby body shop. The lady running the front desk was so professional and courteous. It's not often you get that level of customer service these days, and I was amazed that she remembered who we were after we returned the vehicle a few days later. I wish I would have gotten her name because she seems to be the only one holding that office together at the moment.

Ali at the Santa Ana airport location was absolutely superb. I had a confusing rental and some issues with the car that I received from a different location. Ali was amazing on my return and so kind to take the time to make sure my bill was correct.

Reserved a 150 truck credit card not enough, and previously we rented large SUV and large truck vehicles out of fountain valley with bank debit card and proof of residence and utilities bills. The guy lied and said not able to do. On my way to fountain valley to pickup a 150 truck
