Scam artist-don't go here. Rented a car and when it was returned the manager kept looking and looking then said oh this scratch is your fault let me have your insurance information. Seriously? Then we asked to see the document when we checked out the car, the one they are supposed to give you so you know where scratch and dents are. SURPRISE-they don't have one. I would never trust this location ever again.

Easy to pick up and return. The car was perfect and it cost $400 less than Hertz even though I was a Gold Card member. The reminder about your return comes with a link that gets you right to the front door.

For the 6th time... What the F*CK enterprise !!! WHY DO YOU CLOWNS NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER'S SAFETY ? This is now the 6th of out of the last 6 cars (you're still batting .1000 here) rented from enterprise (in 2 mo time) where the tires were grossly under/over inflated. This time my nissan had all 4 tires at 45psi when they should have been 32psi. You don't have to be spot on, but I figure 40% over is not acceptable for a professional car rental agency. I wouldn't let my daughter drive on a tire 10% off, but you guys think this is A-OK for your customers. Maybe you could start giving away pressure gauges because customers couldn't possibly screw this up any worse than the employees of a professional rental car company. You could start a new program that touts "WE'RE TOO INCOMPETENT TO CHECK YOUR TIRES, SO YOU CHECK THEM YOURSELVES !" As an engineer, this lax approach to client safety would get an employee fired. Too bad this appears to be enterprise all over the country ! (Twice in Orlando, Charleston, twice in socal OC)

I was greeted promptly and politely upon my arrival. The vehicle was clean and ready. I had a parking lot accident. The enterprise team was very helpful making sure I knew the process to take care of it. Great professional pleasant experience.

Enterprise is a good company to work with. The initial rental process was paperless and efficient.However, I did not care for the Volkswagen Jetta that they had for the size car I wanted. The seats were hot and uncomfortable. The material is sticky and made me sweat. I could not get the seat adjusted properly because when you move the seat back it also goes down, and moving the seat forward it also goes up.

We are very happy with renting car experience. Vehicle was almost new, very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out process quick and efficient. All documentation sent electronically. Price reasonable. We will definitely rent again from Enterprise in the future. Thank you!

Check in counter Customer Service is always very good and quick as possible based on how crowded it is. Drop off service is quick and lets me get on my way.

I had a really pleasant time renting my car. From the pickup to the return was seamless. The return was most notably special. Ashamed to say, I didn't catch his name but the young man who checked us out was really sweet and sensible. He recognized right away I was going to have a challenge getting to me airline with all the bags and my granddaughter. He put all our bags back in the car and drove us around to our airline. Thank you so much. I promise, we appreciated the sentiment and the actual actions taken to help me and my baby get to our flight!

Car Rental in SNA [John Wayne Airport] They had a lot of travelers that day so service was a bit slow. We flew in the evening and was afraid of what cars were available but we were able to get the type of car we reserved for. The vehicle was thoroughly clean which placed our minds at ease during this pandemic. There was even a disinfecting wipe included in the console for our use. Booking was easy and return was equally easy peasy. Everything about this transaction with Enterprise went well. Hubby always purchases the insurance when renting. He requests this at the rental location itself and not through the website. The rental companies are on-site located at the airport which we find convenient. The rental car counters are located on the Arrival (lower) Level, between Terminals A and B, across from the John Wayne statue. Review #2237

Hello, my husband and I had a terrible experience at Enterprise Rent A Car. For starters, the customer service agent behind the kiosk told us that by using a Jeep Wrangler, we would save on gas. Keep in mind my husband and I drive back and forth every day a good 40 miles from Rancho Santa Margarita and back. We ended up spending a good almost $400 on gasoline, plus we had to replace a tire since there was a bolt in it. Enterprise Rent A Car tried to deny that they had any form of responsibility, and still to this day we are fighting to get our $12 back that we spent out of our own pocket. They tried to tell my husband, Ryan, that we could have used their. air station for free, yet they failed to mention it at the time. Enterprise keeps telling my husband Ryan that they will call him back, however, they have yet to do this to discuss the matter and make it right. Also, another problem is that Enterprise could have given us a BMW or some other luxury vehicle to rent since we drive a BMW 328D. Instead, the moron at Enterprise said it would cost us a extra almost $300 a day. Meanwhile, the lady in the line behind us was able to rent out a BMW and we are for certain it didn't end up costing her that much. Enterprise needs a shake up of there corporate structure since they have terrible customer service, and we would advise anyone who is looking to rent a car to look in another direction. DO NOT go to enterprise rent a car a terrible rental a car agency who fails to take any accountability and who are a bunch of hypocrites!!!

Was there to rent a car with my wife today. My wife's credit card was giving her issues so I went to assist her. Prior to our arrival the woman at the counter we gossiping about calling the police a a CRAZY LADY, that didn't get her way with the employee. So as I walked in the enterprice woman was rude towards me and not trying to explain to me what was going on. I started to talk to her nicely at first but she hd a attitude so I got a attitude back I requested to speak to her manager and she still refused I again asked to speak to her manager and then she went and got him she came back prior to him and still tried to be rude so I cut her off and told her I don't wanna speak to her and yet again she still came and ran her mouth. A manager finally came out I explained to him we have a ax licence and we should not be charged a $400 deposit he said sorry nothing he could do. Then the C*** female employee started to talk s*** again I told her shut the f*** up. After I asked her for her name to call corporate and she refused as did the manager. The manager then said he is refusing service to me. F*** him too

From check-in all the way through check-out, this was a great experience. Genuinely warm people taking time to explain features of the car, answer questions, and offer guidance when needed. They will be my first option next time around!

Honestly, this local branch was fine. The reason I don't recommend Enterprise overall stems from five months ago when my credit card was double charged by another location. If you have a problem with an Enterprise location, they direct you to a centralized email, which they simply don't respond to. For five months they just...ignored me. Recently I got a case number assigned, and for weeks now they've been ignoring my follow ups. If you think you'll not have any issues, this is a great location to rent from. But honestly, the lousy non existent customer service they offer from the home office might not be worth the risk.
