Juana is a terrible employee. very bad attitude and refuses to let security of the parking lot use the restroom. I thought the first encounter with her was just a bad night for her but no she is just flat out rude.

Paying customers can't use the bathroom. They should probably put a sign out front bc that's the only reason I bought gas. They aren't "out of service" they are just too lazy to let customers use them. Jack in the box across the street has open restrooms.

So, there's a Chevron Representative here named Christ, who is always proffessional, friendly, helpful and smart--an apparent master of customer service. Just today, for example, as I approached the register to purchase my preferred tobacco product (Virginia Tobacco Juul Pods, 5%), Christ (who was ringing up another customer on the nearby register) immediately saw, recognized and acknowledged me, grabbed the exact product I wanted off the shelf, and kindly passed it to the other Chevron Representative--without being asked to do so, and before I even said what I wanted. Ladies and gentlemen, Christ's performance today demonstrates True Customer Service, the value of which is both impossible to overstate and, at least in my experience, only available for those who are willing to tip generously. Unfortunately, there is currently no option to tip Christ and the other hard-working, friendly Chevron Representatives who work here. This, I believe, needs to change, so customers can properly recognize Christ and those with whom he works, for all of the small--and apparently uncompensated--things these people do to brighten the days of their customers, including me. TLDR: I really appreciate Christ and the other Chevron Representative (regretabbly, I do not recall her name) who helped make my otherwise sad, frustrating day a whole lot brighter--THANK YOU!!

How do I give ZERO stars? Stopped for gas, probably around 11:30pm or so. Signs on doors say "RESTROOMS INSIDE" so I go in to use the facilities. There are two bathroom doors, both are locked. I ask the woman at the counter if I need a key. She says no, so I wait outside the doors assuming they're both occupied. Honestly waited about 5 minutes before I knocked. No answer on either door. Back to the counter to ask very politely if she had the key to open the doors. "No, no key". Yes, but both doors are locked and no one is inside. "No, no key". Okay lady, really? How about you just say you've locked them so you don't have to clean them? I asked her where she went if she had to go during her shift. She said she doesn't. WOW. So, Chevron, is this the customer service you'd like representing your business to a paying customer? Won't be back to this station, that's for sure.
