My car got accident in the front, Elite replaced new top cover, fix all thing which related accident, make driving comfortable and smooth, keep my car super clean (inside and outside) even I never asked for . After Insurance coverage, I just paid $300 from my pocket ( Owner gave me discount). Driving car back to work, my feelings relaxed and happy! Much appreciate Elite Auto Collision! Thank you and happy Father's Day shop staff.

The worst collision center in El Paso. They drive around looking for accidents and get you with "hey are you ok you won't be able to drive let me tow your car for you". Once they have your car in their lot the don't answer or tell you that they'll have it ready fast. It's been 3 months and I still don't have my car. I've been told multiple times that my car is ready and when I call to ask to go get it they tell me it's not ready and they're waiting on a part. They're work is very shady. I was told my car was ready and when they took it for a test drive it was shaking. Can someone explain that? They're willing to give someone a car that isn't properly fixed. On top of their negligence to their customers their rates are up the roof. My insurance bill That means one of 2 things, they don't do proper work or they're ordering parts that aren't functioning safely. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

Mr.Tu is nice, friendly & the best customer service. Elite Auto Collision has done a fantastic job on my car. The paint job was excellent and my car looks brand new again! They do a bad job at painting my car and didn't give me a rental. There were oil drop spot on my front and bumper and they put my bumper in right. When I came back to confront them they cuss out. I don't recommend anyone to go there for their car services. If I could give them a 0 star I would.

I work in the personal injury legal field and never in a million years did I think I would be involved in an auto accident. I was hit in April 2019 and I took my vehicle to one of the partners who I know by Tu and he had my vehicle ready in 7 days. My truck looks completely great as if I was never in a car accident which is amazing. Now that I have known Tu I will definitely be referring friends and family to his shop. They are amazing!!

This place is amazing. I'll only ever bring my car here from now on. From the moment i walked in the door i met the owner and he was so friendly and understanding of my situation. I got into an accident and my car looked like a mess. The owner and his team were able to get my car up and running and looking better than new in less than a week. I hate looking at the photo before the repairs, but it's definitely worth sharing the transformation that happened. I'm more than happy. Everything was done in a fairly quick amount of time, at a reasonable price, and most of all with great customer service. If you're looking for a good shop please check them out.

This is my first review on Yelp, I am very happy with the service received at Elite Auto Collision. I have a Lexus 2016 pearl white had some cosmetic damage, I am very picky About the painting job, I went to several shops spoke to different technicians saw their shops and looked at their products none of them seemed to convince me to leave my baby for them to repaint. Finally, I came to this shop the owner honored their services, finished on time and my car looked amazing like nothing had happened to my car!!

I got into a rear-end collision a little over a month ago. I came to Elite Auto Collision for help. Everyone was very professional and on top of their works. They also offered me free rental car to use while waiting for my car to get fixed. Elite Auto Collision called and texted me about my car's progress the whole time it there. They fixed my car like nothing has happened and I am really happy with the service. I would definitely recommend all people I know to come to Elite Auto Collision.
