My local shoe repair shop went out of business so I decided to try this place in my old neighborhood in Santa Ana. They were honest about a pair I brought in to get the heel and sole repaired. I left another pair to get stretched, and I even received a reminder call to come in and try them on. I think I found my new go-to shoe repair.

Great business here! The owner has always helped me with tailoring. They have a good and efficient service and have great customer service.

They were very quick and very helpful. I literally know nothing about shoe repair but the prices seemed to be fair. I had three repairs to be done and they were complete in less than a week.
