The employees have a bad attitude and are very dismissive. They misquote you try to change the price up on you all of a sudden their prices should be posted on their walls. I never get like I could trust any of them and they were all standing around inside the store and talking while a customer walked in and took them forever to notice I was even there.

Please stay away from this store and look for another reputable one because this place WILL rip off your money, ruin your vehicle, and waste your time. All the 1-star reviews are telling the truth, not an exaggeration. I've been to Harbor Sound before to install my dash cam and backup camera, which they did a good job, and I was satisfied with their service. Because I thought this was a good place, I went to the store again to install a 360° camera. First of all, when I called them, they said the total would be $1,500+, including the installation and products. But once I got there, I got charged $2,000+, including the labor fee this time. It's a big red flag already that they randomly charge so much, but I was desperate to have that camera, so I didn't care. Once they calibrated the 360° camera after 4-5 hours, the bird view was so distorted that it was pointless to install it in the first place. I'm very disappointed with how the product turned out. I was even more disappointed when I complained about the bird view problem, and the mechanic had no idea what I was talking about nor even knew how to fix it. The product was worth $1,000+, and I expected it to at least do a decent job for that price. What's more baffling was that a little bird even told me the store only knows how to sell the product, not how to calibrate it properly. So, this is a literal NEON red flag. To make things worse, I decided to return everything and didn't even get a full refund. I needed to pay a ton for the labor and the 35% restocking fee. So, really, I don't even receive half of the money I paid for. But the little bird was nice enough to help me get a $900 refund instead of $873. It's not a lot, but it's still something. P.S. Before I left the place, the little bird told me this place already had a lot of people trashing these people, and they would go out of business soon. This is your sign to STAY AWAY. Update: So the owner replied to me on Google, and it was full of shit. I didn't expect the product to turn out like a Tesla. I expected the camera to be what it was on the box AND its website. I've shown the mechanic videos and pictures of how the bird view should look, and he thought I was talking about a Tesla. Like no, these are other 360° cameras that are cheaper but somehow do their job better than the product Harbor Sound sold me. I've told them many times to do something to fix it, and they just say this is an aftermarket product, and I shouldn't expect it to be like a factory one. What's the point of having them install me a 360° camera worth $1,000+, then proceeding to calibrate it poorly, and expect me to be ok with it?? How do others who buy a much cheaper camera and have it work so perfectly well??? Also, I have no idea what discount the owner was talking about because all I see is more money going up than down. If it weren't for my sister making a big deal about it, they wouldn't even try to do anything to make the situation better.

We have a 2017 Jeep that needed a new screen with Apple play, a backup camera and speakers and we are SO thankful we were referred to Harbor Sound. When we walked in we explained what we needed, they showed us our options (not trying to over sell us) and the pricing was much better than what we expected. When our jeep was ready we were walked to the car and they showed us how to use the new equipment and made sure we were happy with the outcome which we are! Everyone had great customer service, listened to our needs and you could tell they were proud of their work. I highly recommend Harbor Sound.

I came in with all my stuff asked them to put my radio in with the bakc up cam along with my sound system was there 4 damn hours!! he tell me he done my back up camera on the seat like I payed for it to be installed it on fooo going to offer me 30 back then come to find out these clowns didn't even bolt my seats down my drive side had one bolt they going to tell me my car didn't have no bolts so I just driving around just moving all over the place fuck out here I spent way to much money on my fuckin car fuckin clowns don't go here at alllll they will over charge u an give u bull shit

Thanks Heing and Oscar for all your help! The sound system rocks, the rims and tires turned heads, and the suspension smoothed out my ride. The dash cam and car alarm added that extra layer of security, and the lowering kit gave my ride a sleek look. These guys are the BEST! They outfitted both an older Jeep and older BMW with a killer CarPlay system, dash cam and rear view mirror cam. They were professional, helpful, and one of them actually gave me a Jeep wrench to remove the wheel from the back that I could not find in my car! That was very thoughtful and kind. They did an excellent job and were extremely helpful in getting my Jeep ready for a trip to Canada, which we are on now. Without that firmware update and dashcam we would have not had such a smooth trip, so THANK YOU!

Great value, they did some extra things but did not charge an extra fee. Owner was very honest and gave the best pricing. We got a double din radio put into the Prius for my mom to update her car a bit. She loves it! Thanks so much guys!

Thank you Harbor Sound! This morning I found a small nail in my back left tire and they were able to remove the nail, stress-free! Since the nail did not puncture deeply enough to require a patch or tire replacement, they charged me nothing. Initially I was going to go thru my dealership as I am still under warranty..but all dealership service shops are closed today. Thankfully Harbor Sound was efficient and kind enough to respond to my inquiry and within 30 mins I was in and out. Thanks again for all your help, I will definitely spread the word and let others know of the great service and kindness I received today.
