Visited this store for the first time.
Dropped a cowboy hat for cleaning.
In the beginning they said 3 days to be completed.
5 days later, it wasn't done so gave them the chance for a few more days.
Finally, it was completed in about 8 days.
Customer service is amazing and plenty of options when searching for country shirts, boots, etc.

I recently visited El Vaquero - The Cowboy Store, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Upon entering the store, there was no one available to assist us for a whole 10 minutes, which was quite frustrating. When an employee finally arrived, she seemed disinterested and ignored our presence.When we finally asked for assistance in finding a shoe size, she proceeded to do nothing for a good 5 minutes, making us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, when we inquired about the time it would take to retrieve the shoes we wanted, she simply walked away without providing any information. We waited patiently for another 10 minutes without any sign of her returning.This experience left us feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. It's disheartening when basic customer service, such as helping customers find the right size or informing them about wait times, is neglected. The employee appeared unhappy and miserable, which further added to the unpleasant atmosphere.I hope that El Vaquero - The Cowboy Store takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
