The Appliance Shop in Santa Ana are BIG TIME scam artists. Listed a 2019 refrigerator for sale on Internet. After purchasing the fridge, the appliance shop delivered the fridge to my house. After waiting 2 hrs for the freon to settle, I plugged the fridge in to cool. After 2 hrs had passed, I went to check temperature and noticed the fridge side was still very warm. The freezer side was cold. I called multiple times on their business phone. I then called their cell number multiple times and finally got an answer. Told them the problem and they scheduled for their technician to come the next day to fix. Technician never showed up or called. I then called their cell multiple times again and a lady answered. I told her that their technician never showed up for or scheduled appointment and she said sorry he got tied up. She then told me that he'll be out for sure tomorrow. Again no show and no phone call. I had to pay outside company $420 to fix the refrigerator. Please read all the reviews very similar to mean. They need to be shut down.

This store needs to be shut down, they take your money and bait and switch appliances on you. No one returns calls and they take advantage of peoples hard earned money. All past customers need to get together and file a class action suit to shut them down.

This place needs to be out of business ASAP! They sold me a fridge that was advertised as in "Perfect condition" only to find out after a day it wasn't getting cold or freezing my food. I had just went to the market to fill the fridge because of this Corona virus panic to make sure my family had enough food. After 2 days of calling and no answer and their VM box full, so we couldn't leave a message my husband and I drove 40 min to the location to ask someone for help. Four men were there and claimed they were only delivery drivers and the owner wasn't there. The next day they sent a technician out and he left without fixing it because he said he needed part and would return thre next day. This was as already 7 days after we purchased it. Of course he never came back , all our food went bad and were stuck with a broken fridge. A broken fridge we have a 90 day warranty on.
