I have to give this place a five customer service is great people who work there are nice my first time being there, im making the meat right now for my family and they're just very happy and jazzed I will definitely come back to this place. I found my new place to go to now thank El Faro.

The best meat market anywhere, not the nicest and most attentive staff but they make up for it in quality and taste. The prepared meat is why you need to come here (Chicken is on par too). Very generous portions and cuts, they hook it up most of the time. Grab some fresh tortillas on the way out too.

Best Ranchera meat in all of Santa Ana, hands down!!! It's not cheap but it's worth it!! Their Ranchera Preparada is prepared with a wet marinade not a dry rub, so worth it.

Make sure you double check the price tag on your meat... because they always seem to squeeze in an extra more. I order 4 pounds..and I almost get charged for 5lbs.. they say it's the juice in the meat ? 1 time I walked in very well dressed with my nice looking watch.. and that Frida Kalo looking cashier, charged me $30 extra ? luckily I noticed, and told her..she didn't apologize... just removed the extra charge." BE CAUTIOUS HERE"

This place is very clean and their customer service is great. Their meat options are fresh and delicious. Recommend the taco meat, they will season for you in just a few minutes if you'd like. This little place is a convenient market with great authentic products. They are our go-to for any special occasion or for a spontaneous family bbq. It's a one-stop shop and again, can't emphasize enough how friendly and professional the owner and the staff are.
