Do not buy any products that require charging at this place. I bought a wax pen battery on Friday night for an event, once I attempted to charge the battery did not turn on nor work. I charged the pen overnight and still it did not turn on. I visited the store on Sunday 09/10 to return or exchange it for a different product, given that they sold me a bad product to start with, and the man working at 12 pm was extremely passive, rude and reluctant to be of any help. He stated they had a no return/exchange policy, which is understandable, but the product was already nonfunctional once it was bought. I asked if he could kindly contact the business owner or supervisor to remediate the issue and he was completely unwilling. The individual preferred an unhappy customer over making an effort to fix the issue his store caused in the first place. Make sure you test all your products before you walk out of the store or they will not help you afterwards. Too bad they were not willing to work with the customer.

their stuff just doesn’t work. Buy the same things at other places and they work just fine. Multiple times. Maybe I’m just unluckySaw him give someone a discount once just cause they were buddy buddy, but when I come back with a defunct product man says “can’t do any discounts don’t even have the option on the machine.”

This place was bomb. Word to your mother check this place out. People here are cool, and the prices aren’t too high , nice guy. Promise he wouldn’t gouge me and gave me a straight up dope deal. I’ll be back.

They sell their Elf bars for 30$ when at any other smoke shoot it’s no more than 18$ WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SMOKE SHOP

Super super cool shop, the employees have been very nice very time I've gone there. They do have some weird products I would stay away from but you can ask the employees and they'll tell you. Overall this is my go to place for when I want to buy disposables but they seem to have a good glass selection too if you're into that stuff. I think the guy Jacob helped me and he was very nice.

guy behind the counter was really knowledgeable about the products and gave good suggestions. had a nice variety of disposables, juice, and glass. i ended up picking out a new setup with coils, everything worked right outside of the box.

DO NOT BUY THE DISCOUNTED VAPES. This vape shop has gone down so badly. I've been coming here for the past few years seen different workers and owners. This last time I went I purchased 4 disposables from the discounted box , I asked the worker which ones were good but he gave me little to no answer so I Just picked different flavors plus I got a regular full priced disposable vape. I took the vapes home and tried them all and they were all DUDS. You can smell the juice but they do not work what so ever!! I came back the next day to see if I can exchange them because I do enjoy my vapes I wasn't requesting my money back. The worker who says he's like the manager there said he can't give me a refund it's their policy and that his employee should have asked me to try the vapes before leaving. If I knew this shop sold old expired and malfunctioning vapes I would have not even spent money here or i would have tried them first. It seems like it's a pattern here too based on other reviews. The last owner exchanged my vape the one time it didn't work no problem but it seems like now they are knowingly selling bad vapes to customers and not giving refunds which isn't a right way to do business. The worker was nice but wasn't able to give me information on how to contact the owner. All employees need to be on the same page here because it doesn't benefit anyone selling bad product. If I wanted to waste $50 on something that doesn't benefit me then I would of rather spent that on some damn scratchers from 7 eleven

Than man who awnsered the phone was beyond mean and rude, I've been having a bad day crying and things have been terrible for me, and I just asked a simple question to the man and he was the rudest person I've ever talked to. I would never ever recommend coming to this place. I used to go there all the time but I wouldn't not step foot in that toxic negativity ever again. If you want your already awful day ruined more then go here.
